The property was as described. The unit was decorated with a very nice beach vibe. The proximity to the pool was wonderful.Kitchen was very adequately stocked with dishes & cookware.Despite my husband getting sick with food poisoning, ugh, our stay was delightful.

The short distance of the boardwalk to the beach was perfect for us traveling with two small children. The room was ground level so we didn’t have to worry about taking extra time waiting on elevators. Everything was exactly as pictured, it was perfect!

Very easy to get in touch with the host. He was extremely accommodating and we had the best time! We love this condo and definitely recommend it! Easy access to the beach and pool without ever stepping on an elevator. We will be back!

Great pool/ beach access with private stairs to pool. Condo was close to grocery stores and multiple restaurants. Perfect for a couple or small kids. Spent 30 days there and it was perfect.

The condo was exactly as promised. Clean, comfortable, and cute. Just steps to the pool and beach. Being able to walk down stairs right off the balcony to the pool and beach was so convenient. Joshua is an excellent host. Super commutative and always quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back!

A beach stay that exceeded every expectationMy wife and I spent eight days here, and the whole trip was above average from the moment we arrived. The place sits right on the beach, and the view from the property is exactly what you hope for: sand and water, and a pool with a private entry. We used both constantly. Mornings started with coffee looking out at the water, and afternoons drifted between the pool and the beach without ever feeling rushed.The space itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for. Nothing felt neglected or merely “good enough.” The layout worked well for two people, the beds were restful after long days outside, and the little practical details that usually get overlooked were handled. There were additional sleeping areas if we needed. We never had to work around the property; it just supported the trip.What stood out most was how consistently good everything was. Location, communication, views, comfort, and the ease of the stay all landed in the same place: better than we expected, and better than most beach rentals we’ve tried. Eight days felt like the right length, and we left already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a true beachfront stay with a private pool entry and no weak spots, this one delivers.

Great location! Perfect sized condo with great accommodations. Beds were comfy and space as described. Towels/linens need an updating and the shower needs a deep clean. One sink in the master didn’t drain well. Kitchen utensils/supplies were all good. No beach towels, be sure to bring your own! Walk out to the beach/pool is lovely. Great restaurants nearby!

The unit was very clean, close to the pool, easy access to bay. Check in was smooth, any minor issues we had were rapidly addressed & corrected. Response from host was almost instant. Only suggestion as to improvement was that seating was low to floor & difficult for senior citizens hard to get out of, & nothing to raise feet while sitting. Bed was very comfortable & plenty of linens made available.

Beautiful condo. This was our second stay in this unit and the location was perfect. Every amenity we needed was available. Nice upgrade to the closet and we enjoyed having the Keurig. Beach chairs were nice. Looking forward to coming again next year!!!

Great experience

We absolutely loved everything about this unit. We’ve stayed at the Perdido Sun numerous times and like the property overall. This unit was so convenient with access to the pool and beach. The property was extremely clean and comfortable.
