Perfect Getaway

The condo is the perfect getaway for a couple. Very clean, comfortable and outfitted with all the necessities for a perfect stay at the beach. The location is great, far enough away to not be as busy as the Alabama beaches but close enough to the action to make for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful!

This is a great property! The view from the balcony is wonderful, but it’s also a short walk to the beach and ocean. The condo was probably the cleanest of any we’ve ever occupied when we arrived. The furniture is comfortable and the decor is so perfect. We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Empty nesters

We had a great trip & our accommodation was excellent! Perfect for a couple! It would have been a great for a family with small kids! The bunk beds were a nice feature & perfect for small children. I wish the check out time was little later but it all worked out! Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Much Needed Get-Away

The condo was just perfect for our 5 night get away at the end of a summer with a lot of watching grandkids!! The view of the white Sandy beach and gulf was amazing! Dolphins passing by most mornings! It was comfortable and very clean! Had 3 elevators so NEVER had to wait! Would definitely return there again 💯

Great Stay

Great experience. The only issue was that we brought a truck down on vacation and it was too big to fit in the assigned parking spot in the garage. I recommend making sure everyone is aware of the height restrictions in the garage

We love perdido key

We stayed two weeks and had the most relaxing two weeks December 2nd to Dec 17th. We loved our time on the beach everyday, we walked for miles and no one was no the beach for a couple of days. Just amazing trip thank you so much

This was our second time staying in this building. We absolutely love the location, the beach service rentals, and the amenities. This property agent was incredible to book through and stayed in touch during our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It may seem strange to mention, but we appreciated that the room smelled fresh and clean. We would definitely recommend!

Comfortable & Clean + Great Location!

Condo was located at the quiet end of Perdido. There was nothing to the right of us so it was a great shelling & peaceful spot on the beach! Elevators in the building were fast, which was nice. We stayed on the seventh floor, had a great view of the ocean! Saw a lot of sting rays and dolphins in the water from our balcony. The condo was cozy and very comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay! Lillians Pizza across the street is really good! Lots to do in the area!

Perfect vacay spot!

This was perfect for my husband and I! Great beach access and location; we enjoyed lots of good food and beach time. The room was clean and matched the pictures accurately. There is one closet in the bathrooms but overall not a ton of storage space - pack economically if you can! The beds were comfortable and everything was decorated super cute! Parking spots are a tight squeeze for an SUV but we managed fine. We also had an issue with our door code but the property management company was super quick to respond and get everything straightened out!

Love this condo

This was our second year staying in this unit at the Windemere and it continues to be our favorite location in this area. The upgrades from last year to this year in the decor were very nice. We loved the patio furniture! The only issue we had was the spotty WiFi in the unit. With young children who wanted to watch movies at this is a difficult but we made it work. Fix that and the unit is perfect for a small family vacation!

Soundproofing problem

There's not enough soundproofing between units. Neighbors could hear TV dialog clearly. Living room tv is wall-mounted (speakers in back) and was not played loudly. We had to use captioning so as not to disturb their sleep. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-equipped.

nice for a single bedroom condo

hard to find a one bedroom condo for a couple so we were pleased to find this one. Average furnishings; some minor maintenance needed. Having the pool area so close to the building can be distracting and the property manager was no where to be seen. I suggest the property needs a new "Do Not Enter" sign on the left ramp entrance and more prominantly displayed. Also this unit's parking spot designation on the garage wall was blocked by their storage basket. Just a few things like this to make it better.
