Luxury Bayfront condo with tons of amenities. Enjoy the beach (1 block walk) or bay beach (right outside) or relax at the rooftop pool (shared with other condo residents). Park your car (2 parking garage spots included plus 1 parking permit) and walk to all the attractions (beach, restaurants, bars) or take the Jolley trolley (right outside) to Rehoboth,. Gourmet kitchen and upscale bathrooms make your vacation a luxury retreat. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your balcony overlooking the bay. A large table and chairs make it the perfect spot for dinner al fresco or relax and enjoy the view. Plenty of spots to enjoy with family or friends on the property including a shared rooftop with a pool, fire pits and top of the line gas grills. The unit also includes access to the indoor pool and fitness facilities in the Hyatt hotel located below the condo. All linens are included so you can relax and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive. Convenient check in. Condo updated with fresh paint and updated furnishings throughout for the 2024 season, new to VRBO! Minimum rental of one week in July with Saturday check in and check out. Minimum rental of 2-3 nights outside of those time frames.

I grew up in DE and spent many weekends in Dewey during my youth.. Once my children were born, we spent our annual summer vacations in Dewey, dreaming of the day we could afford to have a place of our own. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase this condo a few years back and we love sharing it with our guests, who we hope love Dewey and our home as much as we do!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The condo is in the Residences at Lighthouse Cove, which is in the heart of Dewey Beach. Everything is in walking distance...the beach, the bay (with lots of watersports available), and all the restaurants and bars. I love walking on the beach in the morning and evening...nothing melts your troubles away like the ocean waves.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
My favorite part is the oversized balcony which overlooks the bay. I can sit there for hours gazing at the bay, the boats and water activities; enjoying the sunsets; talking with family and friends; dancing to the music from the Rusty Rudder or simply reading a book. I don't usually sit still very long but there is something very relaxing about that balcony and the view.
