Rymliga 5 sovrum 4 badrum hem med stor utomhusutrymme

Detta enstaka hus är vackert inifrån och ut, med gott om plats för utvidgade familjemedlemmar. Elegant hus i ranchstil med en avkopplande, privat trädgårdskomplex som löper längden på hemmet och är omgiven av en integritetsvägg. Innehåller också ett stort vardagsrum med en tegel spis och ett uppgraderat kök. Dessutom har fastigheten en angränsande / svårfamiljsenhet med separat åtkomst och är komplett med ett vardagsrum, sovrum, badkar och ätkök. Huset har en ny utomhusdusch ytterligare ett inomhusbadrum (nu 4) med ett badkar och ett biljardbord där garaget brukade vara. Massor av parkering erbjuder uppfart, med två cirkulära parkeringsplatser Bra för underhållande!

Huset ligger 18 minuters promenad från stranden och strandpromenaden i Rehoboth, och bara 15 minuters promenad till Main Street (från DogFish Grill). Jag äger också en annan hyresfastighet i Park City, Utah i 14 år. För recensioner av både fastigheten och jag själv se VRBO-lista 116450.

Great house

Loved the layout of this house, perfect for having friends with us. The backyard was lovely for enjoying the weather and for our dogs to safely run around. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen and all other supplies we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect beach getaway

The house itself was perfect for the 8 of us. Lots of amenities that added to the charm of the house. Suzanne was very accommodating and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay! Very secure for dogs!

My husband and I stayed here for a week when we were in the area for Greyhounds Reach the Beach! I was a little nervous with it being close to the main road, but the backyard was very secure and perfect for our two dogs. There was also a walking trail only a couple blocks away which was wonderful! The house was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning took a little bit to get used to (a couple different switches/remotes), but it worked great and we were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great time!

The house was well maintained and very equipped with supplies (especially in the kitchen!) Great layout for our 2 families to spread out, fun game room and lovely outdoor space. The few issues we had were quickly taken care of by the property manager. Would definitely come again

House was beautifully decorated. Back yard was private and lovely. Game room with pool table, ping pong and darts kept children and adults entertained. Everything was supplied; only clothes and personal items needed.

Spacious

Stayed during Easter break. Spacious enough for 3 families. Not sure agree with Title “Newly Renovated Luxury House.” Kitchen & Master bath dated. Needs some upkeep. Loved the patio outside & nearby trail.

Fantastic beach house!

Suzanne’s house is great! I highly recommend renting it and renting with her. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the furniture is very comfy. Suzanne is great at communicating and resolving any issues. The grill is AWESOME! Very fancy, works superbly. The hot tub is also fun. There are also lots of board games and a shed with everything you could need for the beach.

Family Time

Our family get together was very special as we totally enjoyed the house. All the things you are looking for to enjoy while at the beach were made available. From chairs to umbrellas to bikes this house had it all. We also hosted a party for friends and it was very accommodating with many outdoor areas to sit and entertain. Our host did a very good job communicating and even when we had a small issue with the AC unit her team did a first class job resolving this issue quickly. I would recommend this house for family gatherings any time of the year!

Amazing Stay

Suzanne has set up her property as if you are staying at a 5 star hotel and it is wonderful! 5 bedrooms, master suite on one side of one level artistically gorgeous home, 2 bedrooms and 2 bedroom in-law suite on other side Magnificent gardens all around inside enclosed backyard. Plethora of seating inside and out. Linens and plush towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen with double oven. 3 fridges! Dog friendly! Just being your clothes, as the shed holds lots of beach chairs and toys. Close to independent shops and outlet stores. This is a dream rental and we will be back again when we visit Rehoboth with family♥️

Family vacation

The most enjoyable house I've ever rented. The house was truly one of the cleanest and we'll tended I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. My kids didn't want to leave.

Great Rehoboth Getaway

Amazing place to stay if you have a large group and want to be minutes away from the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the game room, the outdoor setup, and the extra items in the storage shed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be planning a trip back to this property.

Great family holiday stay

We always have the best time at this property! It is so well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable and happy. The layout is fantastic with space for everyone to be together or spread out. Our host had the house decorated for the holidays so it was beautiful for our family Christmas together. The location can’t be beat-close to groceries, general shopping and the beach a quick drive away. We will certainly be back.

Family Vacation

The property provided almost everything we needed and was very uniquely laid out. Plenty of bathroom space and gathering areas. The enclosed backyard/courtyard made having children and a pet easy. More than enough towels, sheets, and even toiletries(like shampoo) were provided. The kitchens had well more than enough tools, appliances, utensils, cleaning supplies and space for whatever we needed, including baking a one year olds birthday cake. The hot tub was clean and well-placed. We were within walking distance(if you are an able walker) of the beach, a nice playground, and even the Main Street in downtown Rehoboth. Very close many restaurants, shops, a bank/atm. Close enough to main roads for convenience but not close enough to head the traffic unless windows were open. Quiet, clean residential neighborhood. Technology in the house was a plus. Many TV’s all with cable, decent internet and bandwidth, outdoor speaker system which we never got to try out. Also missed out on the pool table/ping pong table topper but that’ll happen when you have young children. Not needing to bring sheets, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and the like since they were all provided was a great touch. Large grill in yard was perfect for barbecuing. Overall, I’d recommend this home to anybody. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful family time at the beach!

Excellent experience in this property! I went to the beach with my husbands family and we had an awesome time! My husband and I and our 2 month old baby stayed in the masters bedroom and it was so spacious, I absolutely loved it!! I did not feel bad about not offering the master’s bedroom to my in-laws because the house’s lay out made it perfect for us to have our own space and his family to have their own space with the rest of the bedrooms and another living space at the other side of the house! We used all spaces in the house for family time: the game room, living room and backyard. The hot tub was great to have and so was the fire pit! A Plus that washer, dryer and soap was available and a lot of other necessities! The house is complete! It was about an 18 minute walk to the beach (Dewey) and the beach was not over crowded like it is in rehoboth. We had a blast! Amazing beach weekend and we were so sad that the week went by to fast! Thank you Suzanne for an awesome weekend and Suzanne and team for being so responsive!

Very clean and comfortable home

The house and grounds are very well kept and there is plenty of room. The bathrooms and kitchen look to be newly renovated. Washer and dryer was a commercial quality set. The hot tub and outdoor shower were great. Love having 4 bathrooms and 3 refrigerators with our crew. And we enjoyed the game room. I highly recommend this house and have already booked it for our next vacation to the beach!

Nothing taken for granted

We stayed a second time in this property in July, 2021. It's a really nice house with all the amenities. There are 6 bikes including two relatively new ones. It was nice to have some helmets and a bicycle pump, too. There are numerous good-quality beach chairs and umbrellas. We used the beach cart every day as well. The grill is terrific. The kitchen had lots of utensils and plenty of spices. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of bath towels. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the serene setting out back. We hope to return for a third time soon!

Perfecf Holiday weekend with old friends.

I can really not say enough about the property. Everything was perfect for our stay, even though the weather was not great for us, there was plenty to do. The game room kept us entertained, the kitchen was perfect! Double ovens kept us fed during the rainy days. I was amazed by the outdoor space, it was perfect and gave me a few ideas to bring home to my garden space as well. Tranquil, TONS of space, completely covered as far as amenities including bikes, boards, umbrellas and cart for beach. Perfect for a family, or a friendly gathering. I would heartily recommend to anyone!

Winter getaway with family at the beach

We had a wonderful time over the kids (teenager) winter break with my brother and family. The house is really nice and comfortable. We could all have our place (some of us had to work while others were playing), and also a perfect large table for big dinners. The play room with pool table, ping pong and darts is fabulous, as is the back patio and hot tub. The house is increadibly well stocked with everything you want. The only thing is that it is very close to the main 4 lane road (the only reason for the 4 star on location), but it is on a residential quiet road and you don’t notice when in the house or the secluded back yard. Easy to get to town and beach. Would totally come back!

Another Wonderful Week At This Beautiful Home

My favorite property to rent in the Rehoboth Beach area. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and a beautiful enclosed yard perfect for evenings relaxing around the fire pit or in the hot tub. Having a large game room is a great addition for those rainy days or cold evenings. Overall, this property is so well appointed I don't even bother to consider other locations. It has everything you'll need for a wonderful family vacation.
