Enjoy your memorable escape in this 1500 square foot, bright, airy 2 bedroom separate basement retreat situated near the Niagara escarpment in world-renowned wine country. This is the perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring the best this area has to offer including shopping, restaurants, wineries, breweries, beaches, and hiking trails. 5 minutes to the beach and hiking trails, 25 minutes to breathtaking Niagara Falls, 30 minutes to the US border, and 50 minutes to Downtown Toronto.
The space
This new stylish, spacious, comfortable, peaceful, and bright 2 bedroom basement suite is located in our custom built home and fully separate so you can enjoy your privacy.

It’s a fantastic accommodation for couples, groups, families, and business travelers alike, seeking a place to call home while away from home.

What to expect for your stay:

- Sleeps 7 very comfortably: 2 guests in private bedroom with a luxurious pillow top queen mattress bed, 3 guests in private bedroom with two beds-one double bed and one twin bed, both with thick memory foam mattresses, 2 guests on trundle bed in open concept nook with two standard twin mattresses
- High quality bedding, comforters, pillows, and sheets
- Sizable windows with blackout blinds in every room
- Open concept living room with large sectional couch, coffee table, two end tables, TV, and cabinet loaded with fun board games
- 52 inch TV with cable, Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus, YouTube, and more!
- Kitchen with dining table for 4, dishes, plates, bowls, mugs, utensils, cutlery, knives, cutting board, glasses, wine glasses, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, full-sized refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate for cooking, toaster oven, kettle, and all-in-one convection oven, air fryer, and microwave, basic spices, tea, cream, sugar. Also has kids plastic cups, plates, and bowls.

Super clean, lovely spot. Staircase was a bit steep for elderly or toddlers but for our group, it was fine. We did find it a bit cold but the heaters were helpful. Shower was amazing!!

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful VRBO! The amazing and accommodating hosts live upstairs and are so very kind! Clean, cozy, inviting, beautifully decorated! The beds, linens and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud! Proximity to Niagara Falls and Toronto are awesome! The shores of Lake Ontario are a few minute drive from the home. Overnight Getaway

Overall, we had a good stay at this home! It offered plenty of amenities and was in a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. That said, we were quite disappointed by the extra guest fee. Only three of us stayed, and with four beds, the house could easily accommodate six people. It didn’t really make sense to be charged extra per guest beyond two. When we asked the host about it, they explained it was due to additional cleaning costs, such as bed making. This was a bit concerning, as we would expect all beds to be cleaned and prepared between stays, regardless of whether they were used. Aside from that issue, our experience was positive

What a great property!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a property owned by Allen and Leahy, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property itself is lovely, boasting charm and comfort in equal measure. Located in a super location, it provided the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Communication with Allen and Leahy was effortless; they were always prompt, clear, and courteous in their responses. Their accommodating nature truly enhanced our stay, making sure that all our needs were met and that we felt welcomed. The property was well-maintained and offered all the amenities one could hope for. From the cosy interiors to the serene outdoor spaces, every aspect of the property contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Allen and Leahy have created a haven of tranquillity and hospitality that is hard to beat.

Wonderful stay in Grimsby!

We booked this stay so we could be close to the Falls and not too far from Toronto for our TS concert. It exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, had welcome brochures, kitchen snacks and put a lot of thought into what guests would need during their stay. The location was in a nice neighborhood. We grocery shopped at near by Food Basics & cooked breakfast every morning. We fed the seagulls & ducks at Forty Mile park.
