Welcome to "The Mellow Manatee" â a spacious retreat that sleeps 16! This haven features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, including a luxurious primary suite with ensuite bathroom and vast walk-in shower. Two kitchens, two living areas, and rec room provide ample space for relaxation. The backyard oasis boasts a pool and putting green . With plenty of parking, water views, and the chance to spot manatees just across the street, your getaway awaits!
Main House:
Primary Suite - King with walk in closet and dedicated office space. Ensuite Bathroom is huge with double vanities and large walk in shower. 55" Smart TV. Sliders leading to pool
Bedroom# 2 - King bed with 50" Smart TV
Bedroom# 3 - Full XL over Queen Adult Bunkbed and twin daybed with trundle with 55'" Smart TV. Ensuite bathroom. Sliders leading to pool

Creek on the side of the year which leads out to waterway and bay. You can fish right outside the front yard and also one of the favorite spots to view manatee!
You will be in the perfect location in Palma Sola Park which is 5 miles or 10 mins to Manatee Beach and 11 mins or 6 miles to Bradenton Beach. 5 miles or 10 mins to IMG Academy. This neighborhood is bike-friendly and close to Robinson Preserve, grocery, and shopping.
*We are located in a residential neighborhood so please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. We want to continue to share our property so this is very important.
**Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees in the colder months; however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, it can affect pool temp. Therefore, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
**The 2 stall detached garage is not part of the rental and are not accessible to guests.**.Pool is serviced twice a week and service tech enters through back gate. Typically on Monday and Thursdays AM
