Fully equipped two bedroom house, separately fenced within the resort, comprising two bedroom, lounge dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, carport, patio with views of the internal courtyard garden area. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Main bedroom is ensuite with a walk in robe, flat screen smart TV, work desk. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a wardrobe and desk. All rooms are air conditioned. The internal courtyard gardens are available to guest for relaxing. The courtyard has extensive mature trees, flowering shrubs, orchids and water features. There are two cabanas for guest use and a pool.

Your host, Pornnacha (Pim) Opas, first came to Pattaya some 20 years ago where she and her husband established a successful boat building business. They sold the business in 2021 and Pim set about following her passions, which are travelling, gardening and charity work. She had for some time had the idea of building a small family orientated resort and now had the opportunity. Her extensive travel experience in many different countries molded her ideas on the style of accommodation she wanted to build, with her passion for gardening at the forefront. Thus she designed Baan Nern Khao Resort with a large central garden and the accommodation nestled around the gardens. She was also fully aware of the limitations of traditional hotels when catering for families, so decided that fully equipped homes would form the accommodation. Pim designed every aspect of the resort herself and supervised the building.
Thus Baan Nern Khao Resort Pattaya opened in April of 2022 as a small family run resort of 7 delightfully self-contained one and two bedroom free standing homes nestled in a tropical parkland setting. Extensive lawn areas and gardens with mature trees create a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The numerous trees provide shaded areas in which outdoor relaxing facilities and pool are located. Homes in the village are available for both short term stays and long term holiday and vacation rental. The village consists of 3 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom homes each of which is fully self-contained, fully furnished and equipped including under cover car parking.
The Village has an onsite office and staff are available on site 24 hours daily. The resort has 24 hour security and is equipped with CCTV cameras. Maid and housekeeping services are available for long term stays if required. The location is ideal for those seeking very comfortable accommodation in a quiet secluded parkland garden setting close to major amenities and attractions.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The resort in located in a semi rural area within a few minutesâ drive to Pattayaâs major family tourist attractions and sporting facilities. Access to major highways is within a few hundred meters and there are several popular restaurants nearby, some located on local beaches. The famous 100 year old Chinese market is only a short walk away. The nearest golf course is 800 meters. The homes encircle tropical gardens shaded by mature trees with pergolas and several shaded seating areas. Prevailing breezes generally cool the outdoor areas while colorful butterflies flit among the flowering shrubs and orchids. The resort is a quiet, serene and secure haven away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya city.

The resort is unique in a number of ways. It offers only fully self contained modern houses and not traditional hotel rooms with limited space. It caters to only a small number of guests. It is owner managed and operated so friendly personal service is always available. The courtyard garden area has been described as "outstanding" and "an oasis" by guests. Other expressions by guests are "serene", "peaceful", "quiet", "relaxing", "spacious". But the most important attribute is the friendly courteous service by both host and staff.
