Beautiful 2 bedroom upstairs retreat on 20 acres

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located near Grass Valley (6 miles) and Nevada City (8 miles) on 20 acres of nature. 2 large bedrooms with a 3rd bed queen size pull-out couch. Full kitchen and Jacuzzi type bath tub. Enjoy a relaxing retreat in the heart of the gold country. Features an upstairs 2 bedroom retreat on 20 acres with hiking trails. Nearby the S. Yuba River State Park (Bridgeport) 5 miles away a perfect spot to unwind. My caretaker Diane, lives downstairs.
The space
Upstairs flat with 2 large bedrooms. Master has large walk-in closet. Full kitchen with all the appliances and bathroom with jet tub. Large deck overlooking the trees. I have a caretaker Diane who lives downstairs if you need help with anything.
Guest access
The entire upstairs is included and feel free to walk the property and explore nature, there are many trails around the 20 acres to explore. Includes an irrigation ditch and year round creek.
Other things to note
Access to the upstairs requires going up and down the outside steps.

Great Woodsy Apartment

We had a great stay in this space, check in was easy, we enjoyed exploring the trails and it was a quiet area. Kitchen was super well equipped. Definitely recommend for a quiet, outside of town nature stay

Family Visit

Great property! Appreciated the fresh cut flowers thar greeted us. No curtain on window in bathroom and person living below smokes and you can smell it coming up the interior stairs.

PEACEFUL GETAWAY

Very nice - just far enough from town to feel like the country, but 15 minutes away from town. Nice and quiet. Stream about 40-50 yards from house. Nice hammock!

Extremely disappointed in this rental and inaccuracy of property description

Relaxing it was not. Starting with the aggressive dogs barking each time you drive to the parking spot. The construction on three sides of the house was very ugly. Construction debris, tools tiles out of the kitchen window, bathroom window, dining room, window, and off of the left front deck. Not beautiful at all. The dogs barking every morning of our stay from 6:30 to 7 AM, woke us up at 6:30 every morning. The cloying smell of very badly smelling cleanser greeted us upon arrival. Also your caretaker downstairs leaves her TV on almost all night and you can hear it. The owner described this property as 20 acres of beauty, which it was not, except for the trees facing the deck at the front of the house. This is a very lowscale rental, barely comfortable. The saving grace were watching the stars on the deck at night. We were gathering with family, healing, and we made do , but it was not peaceful or quaint. We were charged $120.00 for "host fees!" What is that?! We are always happy at vrbo rentals but very unhappy this time.
