Gorgeous home set on the Holston Hills Country Club's golf course! Come have a coffee on the back porch with the morning birds and a night cap on the front porch to watch the sun set over the beautiful rolling hills of the course and the Great Smokey Mountains!
This house is close to everything Knoxville has to offer! Only 10 minutes to downtown Knoxville, less than an hour to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains, and minutes away from fun restaurants and hiking trails!
The space
This house is perfect for a family or group! 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms make it great for couples traveling together as well! One master suite with a king bed and two additional bedrooms with queen beds.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to make dinner for a group and serve your family or friends at the nearby dining table. If you want to serve a more formal or larger meal, simply take your party around the corner to the separate, larger dining room. The large table in this separate space also works great as an office space with a view!
The open concept floor plan allows for everyone to hang out together, whether working in the kitchen or hanging out in the living room around the big fireplace!
With both a front deck and large screened in back deck, there is always a great place to spend time outside here! Twinkle lights and lots of seating make the back deck a great spot to relax and watch the wildlife morning, noon, or night!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. However, this is my personal home and I do keep some belongings here. The master bedroom closet and garage will be locked to guests.
Although guests will not be able to use the garage, there is ample parking available in the driveway and room for 4 cars to park.
Other things to note
This home is also near UT, Downtown, Neyland Stadium, Ijams Park, South Knoxville Brewery area, Knoxvilleâs iconic Dogwood Trail, Civil Center, Holston River Park and Holston Hillâs Greenway. Take a drive, a walk, or a bike ride and enjoy the scenic natural beauty of our neighborhood!
