Beautiful Champlain Islands Waterfront Home Situated between Burlington and Montreal.
This 6 bedroom, 4-bathroom home sits on 2.5 acres with water frontage. There's a dock for recreation and fishing in the warmer months, two fireplaces for snuggling up in the colder months, decks for taking in the sunrises and sunsets, large chef's kitchen and tables for holiday gatherings and multiple nooks and crannies for reading, playing cards and games with the grandchildren, or watching television.
Minimum age for responsible renter is 24 Years old.
Maximum number of adults is 8

It is imperative to respect the privacy of our neighbors. Bedroom location description: Downstairs, south side, private king and private full, sharing a full bath. North wing, Private king and private 2 twin room, sharing a very large full bath. Upstairs, east side king, west side 2 twins, sharing a full bath. And one more 3/4 bath downstairs next to the tv area. Yes, pretty amazing place. Please be aware we cannot be responsible for weather, and Lake water level. That’s Mother Nature’s job.

**HOT** NO central AC in this house!!!! There are 2 wall units, in kitchen and dinning area, BUT the rest of the house-beds & baths and especially Upstairs was unbelievably hot!! There are skylights and high windows without shades, so at times it was hotter inside than outside. Then there was the property. There are LOTS of trees and plants and all kinds of things that are completely overgrown and taking over every where outside. The plants/bushes outside of the back bedroom are literally coming in the windows, windows, by the way, which have not been cleaned in years. Cobwebs in the corners of the hallways and rooms and on the lamps. Dishwasher that has not been cleaned in years, lots of buildup. Same with the kitchen sink and the grate in the kitchen sink. Coffee pot was unusable as there was mold growing in it. We spent the first day trying to clean these things. The bedspreads have stains on them. The basement/ground floor has a funky smell and there were bugs down there. ** I will say that Charles, the property manager, was very nice and helpful and tried to accommodate.**

Great property and host

A quiet location on Lake Champlain tucked away from noise and crowds! Beautiful property and an excellent host who responded immediately to minor issues we had. Would recommend a deep cleaning of the house on the outside. However inside the house was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped! Our group loved the stay and are grateful to the host for making it a memorable one!

Glorious time

House was welcoming and beautiful; great gardens and views and well equipped in kitchen and elsewhere. Granddaughter was able to bake us all a cake.

Lovely house!

The house is wonderful and so big and spacious! The only thing I would change on your advertisement is that the bedrooms and 1/2 the house do not have AC! Granted it is Vermont and it usually isn’t super super hot normally. Box fans were provided so we were able to blow the AC to the parts of the house that don’t have it. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
