Splash Parkway is located walking distance to The Parkway, just 1/3 mile walk. This is an incredible and convenient location near everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. There are no steep roads to drive to this cabin, the driveway is mostly flat and 4WD is not necessary.

Christmas Decorations
This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31. The exact dates will be scheduled based on guest turnover dates so these exact dates are not guaranteed but they are an estimate for the installation and removal dates.

🐶 Pets are allowed at this property if the $125 pet fee has been paid. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation before your arrival. Please select the number of pets in your reservation when making the reservation.

✈️TRAVEL INSURANCE: This is not a requirement but is highly recommended. Travel insurance can protect you if someone in your party becomes sick, from natural disasters, and other unforeseen events, depending on your policy. Please look for Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policies for the most comprehensive coverage. We follow our cancellation policy so it's important that you purchase travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel your reservation before arrival or for additional peace of mind.

✅Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.

We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. Please note that this offer excludes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Eve/Day)
