Spacious king bedroom, additional bedroom with full bed and ensuite half bath, plus shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Comfortable living room with futon, wood burning fireplace, Smart TV, and nice views. Fully stocked kitchen with separate dining area in the adjacent sun room. Gas grill and outdoor dining on the back patio. Printer available for remote office work.

Excessive noise disturbances are not tolerated by the neighbors and will be grounds for eviction. Any damage, stains, or odors caused by the pet will be charged to the guest. Pet waste must be disposed of and not left outside.
