It is an older manufactured home and the name "Back to the Basics" fits. It was clean and as advertised. The day I arrived the heat index was 114F, which is tough on the AC system of an older manufactured home. A call to the owners and they were promptly there tweaking their air conditioners and the unit cooled down and stayed cool the rest of the week. I made my meals every morning and evening in the full kitchen. I would gladly stay here again, Thanks!

Great little get a way.

Love the quiet property, but close to town. Heather was great and responsive to emails. It was clean with a beachy decor and freshly painted. Everything we needed was provided. We hope to visit again.

Quite and Relaxing

Convenient and quiet

Heather has obviously taken care in her remodeling and decor of Back to the Basics. Cute beach theme throughout, fully stocked kitchen, clean linens and a great walk in shower in the master bath. The big Back yard was wonderful for walking the pup and the bin was very convenient for disposing of the bags of waste. We enjoyed watching the chickens, sitting under the big shade trees and visiting, and saw a bald eagle fly overhead!! The only caveat is if you can't navigate a steep set of 5 steps, you may want to talk with Heather about other options.

Home away from Home!!!

This property is cute and comfortable, very nice atmosphere, quiet, private and relaxed setting!! I would highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed, every time I’m in the area I will definitely book them every time!!!
