Lovely Home & Amazing Location

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable and there’s plenty of room to store our bikes in the garage. Beds are comfy! Plenty of Adirondack chairs available to lounge and read in the morning sunlight or watch the bats at dusk. We loved our stay and will definitely return again in the future.

MTB with the crew

Great location and nice open house plan that had room for anything we wanted to do. The wide open garage was a huge plus for storing bike when we were roaming the town.

Great Location!

We had a great stay in this spacious and comfortable house! We absolutely loved the location - perfect to get to town and Arches Nat'l Park. The well-stocked kitchen was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall great stay!

Well-Stocked Property!

We enjoyed that the property had large common spaces, a 2-car garage, and super close to downtown Moab. Our favorite part was how well-stocked the property was. For a few examples, there were more than enough towels, zip-loc bags in the kitchen (never found these in a rental before), our favorite name-brand soap at the sinks and showers, and a welcome basket with water bottles and snacks. Everything we could need was here! The washer and dryer and pretty new and in a convenient laundry room, and the place was clean as could be. We also enjoyed the large dining room table and plenty of couch space / chairs in the living room. Lastly, the quad bunkbed bedroom was perfect for the kids.

Fantastic Property

Very nice property. Great indoor space and narrow patio outside but plenty of space for chairs and tables. Property owner is very nice and responsive. We would stay here again!

Excellence at its finest

This property was meticulous and exactly as defined by the VRBO site! We only wish we could have spent more time here as we were out and about seeing the beautiful state of Utah. Moab Cottonwood Home

Wonderful home close to Moab restaurants and shops. Easy access to Arches. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Our family of 6 adults stayed here and there was ample space for all of us. We would stay here again if we come back to Moab. Very accommodating hosts.

Just what we needed

We were in Moab for 2 days, as part of a long vacation out West for our family of 5. This property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Lots of space, plenty of beds, and very well maintained. Property manager was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Best in Moab

I have rented VRBOs for ten years in a row, and this is my favorite. I love this home's location and spaciousness. There is ample room to store your toys in the two car garage, and the location is unbeatable. You can walk to all the best restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints. The host was amazing to work with.

Awesome property in Moab

Can't say enough great things about this property, wonderful location, clean, well stocked kitchen. The check in and check out process was easy and efficient. Recently updated and perfect for a guys trip. We will be back!

Perfect base for MTB adventure

My son and I spent 5 days exploring the MTB trails in Moab, and this house was the perfect place to come back to. It's on a quiet street, but you can walk to town for dinner and shopping. Spacious and clean - highly recommend!

Spring Break Week in Moab

Property was clean and had plenty of space for family of 4. It was an easy drive to nearby national and state parks, and walking distance to Main Street in Moab. Owner was very communicative leading up to the stay. Would stay there again.

Very nice home and location

Our stay was a very enjoyable home base for hiking in Canyonlands, Arches and for finding good restaurants nearby in Moab. Our host, Boyd, was very prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. His property was beyond our expectation in terms of cleanliness and conveniences (including the outdoor patios and fireplace) and the kitchen was well supplied with all you need for cooking meals. We will definitely stay here again for future vacations.

We chose Moab for the wide variety of outdoor activites. Everyone from beginners to hard core enthusiasts can have fun in Moab! We love the mountain biking, road biking, trail running, hiking, rafting, fishing, and camping, For the less active (or the tired) sight seeing including the National Parks is spectacular! In town we enjoy the restaurants and cooking at home, swimming in our indoor pool or at the Moab City Acquatic Center, or just walking around town. We love the small town feel of Moab. When we are in Moab we play hard and enjoy relaxing away from the city lights where the night sky is amazing!
