Welcome to Sea Dreams a beach condo in North Topsail Beach! This two bed two bathroom condo is located in Shipwatch Community. The community has a pool, free parking and direct beach access. Stay at this condo that has all the resort type feels. Enjoy the gorgeous views of ocean and out the front entrance and windows you can see the sound! Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers!

This condo has a queen master suite and another bedroom that is great for kids or another couple with a full size bed and a pyramid bunk bed, twin over full. There are two full bathrooms as well.

Condo is on the third floor. There are community stairs located near the condo and the condo complex has an elevator a little further from the condo unit door. However, elevator can be used to access the property. Owner is not responsible for the elevator maintenance or repair schedule, so if elevator is not accessible at time of stay, owner will not refund any rental funds. There are 2 different sets on elevators located on property.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve

A separate security deposit for $400 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Wonderful Father's Day Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dreams! Beautiful view from the shaded balcony where we shared coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. Short walk to the beach as well. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks Betsy for allowing us to stay in your awesome condo.

Just right

Our family of five stayed for several days in this lovely condo and it was perfect for us. I love that you have an unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony (and living room and master bedroom), and spent a lot of time sitting out there. It was a special treat that from that balcony you can also see the sun set over the sound. The little touches (like hairdryers in both bathrooms, and a starter kit with dish and laundry detergent, paper products, trash bags and ziplock bags) were so nice. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made cooking dinners easy! It is a bit of a walk along the condo corridors to get to the beach, which is no problem when your kids can help carry all the things like ours could, but if you have littles there are elevators you can use if you have a wagon or something. It is walking distance to an ocean front restaurant and also an ice cream shop. We loved our stay!

Sea Dreams Definitely A Sea of Dreams

Having stayed at many VRBO properties, this one one of the best, if not THE best. We've had bad luck in that the pictures and write ups never matched the properties. This is the first one that was "spot on". The pictures matched exactly and the write up was perfect. The communication from the host was by far the most frequent and most informative of any place we've ever stayed. Our questions were answered incredibly fast, and all the possible information about the property, check-in, check-out, directions, and all pertinent information about the property was included. AMAZING!! The property was well situated, beautifully decorated and comfortable inside, well stocked and perfectly clean! Outside, you were only steps to a beautiful, clean, shell and rock rich beach! To say it in a few words.... A DREAM! Thank you so much Betsy for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to going back another year!!! T & D

Beautiful and clean but had faults

This property is in a great location right in front of the beach. It was nice, clean, and spacious. But, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. To make matters worse the protective liner on the matress makes the beds extremely hot. My whole family either could not sleep, or they woke up sweating. One of the bunk beds didnt even have blankets on it, just the protective liner. We also received absolutely no communication that the water would be off for 2 hours, even when it was on the master bathroom did not have good water pressure. Overall this was a beautiful condo but not family friendly at all.
