While this peaceful gem isn't ocean view, with two acres of space and the water only a 400 meter stroll away, you'll have the best of both worlds.

-TWO INVITING BEDROOMS: an extra large King suite with a King size bed and a futon, and a second Queen size bed lobster-themed room featuring a unique stained-glass lobster window.
-A FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: complete with spices, cookware, and everything you need to prepare a special meal.
ONE AND A HALF BATHROOMS: A full bathroom on the main floor, and a powder room on the upper level servicing both bedrooms.
