La Petite Maison is a quaint cottage situated on the banks of the Genesee River. A 12-month renovation has completely transformed this property into a modern abode fit for the fussiest of guests. Conveniently located in the town of Henrietta, you'll find easy access to expressways, universities, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more.
The space
You'll stay comfortably and in style at La Petite Maison. The two bedrooms and one bathroom accommodate up to four guests. Two French doors will lead you to the main bedroom boasting a king-size bed, armoire, and dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen-size canopy bed and vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is well-appointed with a double vanity, modern fixtures, and large rainfall shower. The cook's kitchen has been tastefully designed with quartz countertops, open shelving, and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. You'll also find all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal. In the dining room is a table with seating for four. Vaulted ceilings, oak beams, and the original riverstone decorative fireplace bring style to the main living area that overlooks the Genesee River. A slider leads to the large rear deck where you can relax and take in the river view. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use and are conveniently located on the main level, and the home has ample off-street parking. The location can't be beat; Rochester Institute of Technology is steps away, just at the end of the street. The Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport, The University of Rochester and Strong Memorial Hospital, and Downtown Rochester are all a short drive away.
