Welcome to our charming 80+ year old restored Cottage, the Lee House, equipped with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (featuring bidet seats!). Secure gated parking is available, just 1/2 mile from Stockyards main attractions and an 8-minute drive to Sundance Square/7th St district and Dickies Arena.

Newly renovated with modern appliances, flooring, and hotel-quality mattresses, this cozy yet spacious living space includes a 55" smart TV and additional TVs in bedrooms. Enjoy WiFi, a cedar-fenced private backyard, covered back patio, and sunset views from the front porch.

Shops were nearby. Amenities were somewhat few. More silverwear, more supplies for coffee, etc. Bedding wasn't fresh. Temperature was hard to adjust. Lighting was flickering.Overall the house was clean. Comfortable.

10/10! Everything we needed

I booked on pretty short notice for my friends and I for a wedding. We were needing to check in early to get ready on time and the host was extremely accommodating for this! In my opinion, the pictures don’t do the size justice. There was much more space than I was expecting and the master bath was huge, which was extremely helpful with a bunch of girls getting ready! The house came with everything we needed and more. Very clean, had games, smart TVs to watch sports and had other apps, cleaning supplies, cute decor, comfy beds, etc. The host is also really quick to respond. I’d recommend this space to anyone!

The property was worked out well. It was clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. The location was close to the stock yards which was it's main pull. All in all it was a good find.

Texas Home

This is a clean, Texas decor home close to the stockyards. We walked there one afternoon. David quickly responded when we needed him on arrival. Would definitely recommend and return if we ever came back to DFW area.
