Good location- very convenient to restaurants , grocery store, and the Riverwalk. Maybe could use a little more silverware and coffee mugs -otherwise well equipped.

West Columbia

We had a weekend away to meet up with family. The house was an excellent location in relation to the zoo and museums. We were comfortable and well equipped in the house for our needs. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive.

Weekend stay

We booked 2 nights and then realized that we needed to stay longer on Sunday. The host answered quickly and we paid for an extra night. We enjoyed our stay and the only reason I gave a 4 star is the tub and shower was not clean. The rest of the house was clean, so could have been an oversight. I realize most have someone else to clean. The driveway was odd and my nissan would drag going up the little dip or hill. But we enjoyed our stay and we are in Columbia a couple times a year and will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for about 2 weeks while in town for work and it worked great for us! Had everything we needed.

Nick is a great host, Any time I reached out for any question or concerns he was quick to respond. The best part was that he had my favorite coffee but what got me is that his place is pet friendly which meant a lot to me because it wasn't an extra charge. Graduation

Our Son graduated BCT at Fort Jackson. The house was so clean and nice. We had 5 adults and a baby under 1and there was plenty of room for all of us. The drive to base is about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. If we were to go back to that area again I would definitely stay here. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay and for making our memorable trip for our Family so comfortable.

visit to family in Lexington, SC

The Townhouse was perfect in quiet neighborhood and close to my son's for our family get-together. I would easily have given you a 5 with only 2 minor annoyances. The refrigerator chirped each hour as if it was trying to make ice. but with the bedroom door closed it was muffled. spots on the sofa and carpet was from former pets, but I always bring towels to put on furniture because some guest never adhere to pet policy and keep pets off the furniture. This was not the fault of the owner because otherwise the place was spotless.

Gamecock Football Game

We had a brief weekend stay for a Gamecock Football game and the place was perfect. Distance to stadium is perfect and easy to travel. Nice area around with great food options. Did not get to cook or anything, but the townhome was perfect for our group of 5 travelers.

A month visiting my son without being in the way!

I stayed in the townhouse for the month of June while visiting my son and his family. The location was very convenient to Lexington and the many things that we chose to do. My husband and two small dogs joined me for a couple of days, but mostly I was by myself. I thoroughly it enjoyed the unit. I even dog sat for the couple that were renting the unit next to me. Being a true dog lover, I had a great time. If we decide to do this again, we will definitely try to get the same location!
