Havet är din gårdsplanen i denna fantastiska två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet. Bokstavligen på vattnet kan du höra havet och känna passadvindarna från din balkong !! Allt du kan tänkas behöva eller vill ha ingår. Stranden är om en 30 sekunders promenad längs med pool (med vattenfall !!)och jacuzzi, två stora restauranger, Västindien Fish Market GOURMET) och Sangria s, en hamburgare / pizza / smörgås 'n frites kinda plats och Karibiska havet är alla bara några minuter från din dörr !! Och utsikten är fantastisk !!! Detta är vad som bor i Västindien handlar om !! Mästaren har ett slags size säng och en egen komplett badrum samt en drottning och ett badrum i det andra sovrummet. Du kommer inte hitta något som ger dig känslan av att vara på havet som denna lägenhet ..... om inte din på en båt !!
Helt ombyggda kök med alla apparater och kastruller och stekpannor yoou'll behöver liksom en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Brind din tandborste, baddräkt och några kortfilmer och en T och din redo att gå !! Jag är fastighetsägaren och jag bor och arbetar här i St Thomas så om du behöver min hjälp Jag kan vara till lägenheten i minuter, bokstavligen. Om du upptäcker att du behöver något som inte är på lägenheten, kommer jag ta det till dig !! Snälla, kom och vara mina gäster !!

Great location and even better hosts

Great condo and location. Has many accessories like snorkel gear, chairs, beach towels, etc. The hosts are incredible. The best communication I’ve ever had. Thank you!!! It’s an island so some things are not perfect so all need to understand that point wherever you stay. But you will not have these views in the most convenient places either. These hosts make you feel at home though. We were very happy with our stay.

St Thomas Vacation

Bob and Pat are excellent hosts and the communication was great. The 2 bedroom condo is on the water with great views. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The bedrooms have king beds and they were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular View - Spacious, Comfortable Condo

Bob & Pat are great hosts. The unit was exactly as pictured - spectacular view right over the water, spacious & comfortable, pool with waterfall & hot tub were great! Enjoyed Caribbean Fish Market on our first night, easy walk down the beach, good food. Watch out for the no-see-ums; we were expecting them on the beach, but they were even on the pool deck area. We loved Ocean Surfari for beach & snorkel gear, right across the street from Moe's Fresh Market (great for picking up gourmet supplies & wine). We got Senor Pizza take-out twice for an easy dinner back at the condo. Thanks for a great stay!

A Little Slice of Paradise

The property was clean and well located - just a quick drive (down a curvy, skinny USVI road) to Red Hook, grocery, food, St John ferry, and entertainment options. It's an easy walk to the property pool (but bring a tote) and beach, but there are many easily drivable fabulous beach options. The beach chairs and towels provided were very welcome, as we did a lot of beach exploring. It was a great family stay!

Great location and accommodations!

Unit as described, great views and beach access. Kitchen a little understocked (not enough bowls/plates, knives or cooking utensils) but made it work. Overall great stay.

Ultimate Relaxation!

We have vacationed here several times and have always been impressed with this unit. Bob and Pat have managed to maintain a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Their recent changes and upgrades have enhanced that atmosphere. We plan to return soon.

Beautiful Home

What can we say? Our family will take home many fond memories of this vacation. The property was clean, large, very comfortable, and had absolutely anything we could need. Patty was in continuous contact, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Just be careful on the roads.

Thank you for a great 9 days!

Pat and Bob were quick to respond to our questions and had great recommendations from car rental to great snorkel spots. The unit was spacious and great layout that provided plenty of room for all 4 of us. The deck overlooking the bay allowed us to enjoy the ocean view at all times of the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare meals. Gas grill at the unit was a nice feature. The unit was so well stocked, we only needed to buy perishables. The AC worked well and kept us cool even on the hottest days. All the furniture and linens were comfortable. There were SO many towels (at least a dozen beach towels and 20+ bath towels) which when in and out of the water every day, was greatly appreciated! Beach chairs, pool noodles and snorkel equipment provided were in good shape. The beach is beautiful and quiet with beach chairs, restaurants, beach hut with things to rent or buy for the beach. The pool was gorgeous, never crowded and we enjoyed it many times. The location of the complex was perfect for us. The 5 minute drive to Red Hook gave us access shopping, coffee shop, boat charters, restaurants, and the ferry dock. Thank you Bob and Pat for the home away from home. We will recommend your unit to anyone we know heading your way and if we make it back to St. Thomas, we would absolutely rent your unit again.

Wonderful condo and location!

We stayed here in April 2024 (two adults and two children) and had a wonderful time! The place is perfect. More than enough space and the fully stocked kitchen was great. We cooked dinner many nights and enjoyed it out on the large deck overlooking the ocean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need - kitchenware, beach toys and towels, beach chairs, etc. The location was perfect as well. Just a short walk to the pool and beach. We had a lovely time and can't wait to come back!

Amazing vacation!

I am filling my mother’s bucket list and she asked for 2024 to be that beautiful blue water. St.Thomas was chosen! Walking into the condo after our travel to get here… simply amazing. The view is spectacular! Condo was everything we wanted. Amenities were perfect. Communication perfect. I worked non stop up until this vacation and literally threw clothes in a suitcase 4 hours before the flight. I felt so ill prepared for this vacation! But wow…. We were sad to come home but as I told mom, it just means we will have to come back!

Wonderful condo steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, with a fantastic view of the ocean. It was only steps from the beach and a pool too. Communication with the owners was excellent. They came right over to help with any questions. The space was great for our family of 4. We cooked in the spacious kitchen. The bedrooms were big and comfortable. We rented a car, which is helpful to get around the island and other beaches. It is very close to Red Hook where we took the ferry to St John, which is beautiful. Highly recommend this condo and a trip to St Thomas. We will be back. Thank you Pat and Bob!

Great experience!

Wonderful condo in quiet complex. Great location, 5 minutes from Red Hook and Food Center (grocery store); 10 minutes from Lindquist Beach; 20 minutes from Magens Bay; and approximately 25 minutes from Charlotte Amale. The condo had everything you need to be comfortable and experience the island including beach chairs, coolers for day trips, etc. Bob and Pat were helpful hosts and made our trip more enjoyable by their local knowledge. Major plus is that the rental comes with pool/spa usage at the next door Elysian Resort and means both Sangrias and Caribbean Fish Market are only a walk away for great food and drink. Highly recommend this rental!

Great location, condo needs updating.

The location was perfect. There is a private beach and restaurants onsite with a great pool for kids. The condo was clean, but did not have many amenities such as soap in any bathrooms or kitchen, not even a dish dish towel in the kitchen to use. The condo is tired looking with painted door knobs, cracked glass on pictures and no rugs in the bedrooms. The bathrooms need updating as well as old equipment to use on the beach. We were required to strip and wash the bedding and towels when exiting. It made if difficult because we had to pack up the children and ourselves. At the price point of the condo for the 7 nights, I would think that would be included. No mid week cleaning was offered. It would be helpful to receive the access information the week before arriving instead of 24 hours prior. Owner was very nice and responsive when needed.

Truly AMAZING stay & location

I can't say enough! Omg, this was the most amazing experience. The location is sooo perfect. Walk to beach and restaurants in 2 min! Beach & restaurants are semi private. The only traffic is you and the guests from the Ritz. You feel like and are treated like a VIP without the sky high price! Listen to the ocean right outside your window...absolutely true! Restaurants are phenomenal and everyone is friendly beyond words. We would recommend the night kayaking, such a wonderful experience. Truly amazing. Owners are WONDERFUL. We are picky and this place is an A+ in our book. Away from all of the noise and felt very safe. I would not personally stay in Charolette Amalie itself. Will definitely stay here again when we go back. The 1 and only draw back....one bath really needs updating but is still fine. Especially for kids. Everything is in working, nicely kept order and very clean. Thank you Pat!!

Cowpet Bay Condo St Thomas

Bob and Pat were great hosts, they sent us all the information we needed to make our trip incredible. The condo was perfect, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked if you choose to cook. The best part of the condo was the incredible view from the balcony wow …wow…wow we watched the sun come up every morning, the beach on property is very nice and there are two restaurants a pool and pool bar all well appointed. We would recommend this property and plan on visiting again.

Lovely condo with amazing view on the beach

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) spent Christmas week at this condo and really enjoyed ourselves! The condo is located in a quiet gated community. The sunrises are absolutely gorgeous and the breezy deck was much bigger than expected. Cowpet Bay Beach with plenty of shady palm trees, free beach chairs, paddle board rental, great snorkeling area, and pool/hot tub was a 3 minute walk down stairs. There were also 2 fantastic restaurants right on the beach - Sangria’s and Caribbean Fish Market. The 2 king beds were comfortable, the grill worked great, and the condo had everything we needed. Also, Pat and Bob were excellent hosts. They were very communicative, responsive, and helpful. We had two small, but not insignificant issues and they quickly helped. First, there were no smoke detectors in the condo and a handyman installed two the first full day we were there. Second, the safe battery died and we were unable to open the safe to access our wallets and passports. Bob came over within 5 minutes and unlocked the safe with a key. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms are old (but one shower has been redone). Really not a big deal for all the other amazing amenities this condo offers. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Can’t wait to go back!

We had the best stay and I can thank Bob and pat for that! Before the trip even started they gave us wonderful recommendations for all over the island and we’re very helpful anytime I had a question! Check in was so easy and simple! The condo was very nice and the view out of the balcony was amazing!! The location of the condo was wonderful for getting around and also and very secure, with security at the gate which made us feel great! The beach located at the resort was wonderland and not crowded and had great water and snorkeling! There is also two restaurants and a tiki bar located at the resort for those who don’t like to get out much! The condo had several things we needed that we didn’t get to bring with us like snorkel gear, towels, beach bags, chairs, sunscreen, aloe and all the necessities we needed through our trip! I can’t say enough about this place and whenever I do come back to the VI I will be staying here again! Thanks bob and pat for the great experience!

I came to the Caribbean in 1997 after having purchased a 65' Sailboat and needing a place to learn how to sail it!! Never having been here, or owning a vessel like that, I packed everything I had on the boat, came down and learned to sail her, got my Captains license and chartered the boat for 9 years out of the British Virgin Islands!! A wonderful but very challenging life style. In 2005 I sold the boat and got back in to real estate which had been my lifelong profession. I have been in St Thomas since selling the boat and am happy living on the warm ocean waters and sunny beaches. Life is good!!
This is my second Condo here in Cowpet West and I manage several others. Come on down and take some time to live the Caribbean lifestyle in this fabulous condo!! Varför värden valde detta boende

Having started managing this lovely condo in 2012, the owner offered me the opportunity to purchase it and I did so in 2014. It has an amazing location ON THE OCEAN and you can hear the water lapping on the shore below. One thing I didm't realize was how private the condo is!!! No one ever walks in front of you and you literally feel like your on a boat with the views from the porch!!!! It is awesome!!
