Alla reparationer / renoveringar av villa efter 2017 orkaner slutfördes under 5 miljoner dollar resort renovering. 2 BR / 2 BA sover 6-8. Min villa, Nine Island Vista, ligger vid Point Pleasant på East End of St. Thomas. Du kommer att älska de fantastiska vyerna (du kan se fri utsikt över nio öar från 50-talets privata terrass) och kunna gå till tre stränder (ananas, socker, coki). Det serveras god mat på Mirador, resortrestaurangen som serverar, lunch, middag och söndagsbrunch och en fantastisk strandbar med 25% rabatt på aptitretare och dryckespecialer på $ 4 under happy hour. Även Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville-resort och bar / restaurang (vår grannort) har en restaurang och en fantastisk strand en kort 5 minuters promenad bort. Det finns 3 pooler, 2 med fantastisk utsikt. Villan är perfekt för familjer. Två sovrum / 2 badrum, 1 badrum har badkar / duschkombination. Första sovrummet har en king size-säng och det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Ny soffa i det stora rummet är en bäddsoffa i stor storlek. Ytterligare luftmadrasser vid behov. Villan ligger på toppen av kullen med fantastisk utsikt över havet och 9 öar och kyls av milda handvindar. Varje sovrum har sin egen luftkonditionering och det stora rummet kyls av havbris och fläktar vid behov. Femtio fot lindas runt däck för verkligt inomhus- och utomhusliv. Öppet koncept för gott om utrymme. Tre platt-tv. Välfylldt kök. Strandhanddukar, snorkelutrustning, nudlar tillhandahålls. Alla förfrågningar välkomna - jag tycker om att prata med potentiella gäster.

Exceptional all around!

Repeat guests at this Great location! Excellent host! Property was perfect for our family of six. It had everything we needed including air conditioning and fans, if needed. We were very comfortable! Close to Coki beach highly recommend for its beautiful reef. The property’s sun and sea bar is a great place with a view for lunch or casual dinner. We will be back soon!

Loved Our Stay in St. Thomas

Debby was an amazing host! The location of the property was walking distance to Coki Beach, and a short drive to so many other locations like Lindquist Beach, and Red Hook. We were provided with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and all necessities needed in the kitchen. We'd absolutely stay here again when visiting. Oh, and the view cannot be beat!

Perfect homebase for our vacation

This condo made for a perfect homebase for our vacation! It is spacious and comfortable. Modern and yet charming. The views are amazing and it is convenient to some of the best restaurants and beaches on the island. We will absolutely try to stay here again when we return to St. Thomas.

Very relaxing stay

Spent a long weekend with some friends. Location was close to some great restaurants and the resort amenities are great. Restaurants on site are a plus with great staff.Would definitely come back !

Debra went above and beyond!! She responded quickly and provided us with detailed information for our stay. The unit was stocked with everything for the beach and the unit was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the resort restaurants and encourage using the free resort shuttle. We will definitely stay here again!!

We loved this location and views. The home was wonderful, everything you could need to stay in or venture to the beach. Chairs, beach towels and coolers were provided if you decided not to rent chairs at beaches. Both restaurants on site were amazing and the staff was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

St. Thomas Trip January 2025

Debra's property is awesome. The views are unparalleled as you are at the very top of the property on the top level. The resort itself is very clean and the personnel friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and the beach bar and grill is as well. Pools were clean and fortunately salt water, not chlorine!The location is very close to Red Hook so we had easy access to the restaurants and shopping there, as well as the ferry St. John, but the local beaches were great as well.I would highly recommend this property to any family or group wanting to vacation in the area and thanks to Debra for being such a great host.Wes SnodgrassKnoxville Tennessee

Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay! The view was spectacular and we appreciated having a kitchen for breakfast. We didn’t spend much time on the property but instead taxied to local beaches and ferried to St John. All of which are just minutes away. Great location and Debra was very helpful in providing details and tips for a great stay!

Great location, not so great amenities...

This is an honest review, written by someone who travels multiple times a year for both business and personal. The communication at booking and leading up to our trip was fantastic. Debra went over and above, giving very detailed information, and check out was easy. The villa was easy to find and is in a great location close to a pool. The furnishings were okay. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the patio and the breeze that came in while the windows were open. On the downside... the description needs to be updated. There is no gym, and that was really disappointing given that we enjoy working out on vacation. The walk to the private beach takes about 15 minutes, not two. And the walk to Margaritaville is about the same, unless we missed a secret path or something. We are very active people, and walking around this resort was a challenge for us. So, if you are not a fit person, you will want to take the shuttle that is provided. Be aware that there is really only air conditioning in one bedroom. There is an air conditioner in the other bedroom, but no ceiling! So, not all that helpful. The king bed is horrible. You could visibly see the dip, that's how old it is. Sleep was awful. Overall, our stay was fine. We had what we needed. It's not the nicest place I've stayed in St. Thomas, and not the worse I've stayed elsewhere.Take Debra's advice and get a car if you can. Great property/resort

This is one of the best properties/resorts in St Thomas, and we have stayed at many over the years. Some of the highlights; grounds including the nature trail and gazebo, magnificent views, first class restaurant, pools with views, spacious condo and deck with views, close to great beaches, and good location.

I am very new to renting my condo -- I only just started listing it in January 2017! I am a retired mother of 4 from Kansas. I went to St. Thomas on a relaxing getaway in February, 2016 and fell in love with the island. On a whim decided to look at some condos for sale and fell in love with my unit the moment I stepped foot inside. At the time I had no intention of buying but I just couldn't help it. Everything about the villa and the surrounding area is fantastic, from the view (which is magnificent), the on-site restaurants and the three beaches just a few minutes walk from the resort beach level. The resort is built into a hillside, affording breathtaking views of the Caribbean ocean and surrounding islands. My villa is at the top of the hill and receives amazing gentle trade winds that helps keep any mosquitos away. I wanted a place that I could share with my family and provide ample room for get togethers. This villa is perfect for families or couples who want to vacation together but still have
some privacy. I love being able to share my love of the Caribbean with other families - it is not always easy to find affordable accommodations that are family friendly and provide sufficient space and comfort.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The villa is privately owned, but located within Point Pleasant Resort, which is a friendly, lovely resort with many amenities including 3 swimming pools, a beach bar, fine dining restaurant, nature trail, coin operated laundry, and soon to open water sports. The view from the deck is truly breathtaking. The villa is spacious, fully stocked, including several sets of snorkeling equipment. It is perfect for families and small groups of friends. It is located 8 miles from the airport and just 3 miles from Red Hook, where there are many restaurants/bars, groceries, and shops. The ferry to other islands is also located there and many guests choose to ferry to St. John for a day trip - it is inexpensive and there are lots of beautiful beaches close together as well as hiking trails and great food/bars, shops right where the ferry docks

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

My villa is at the top of the hill, reaping the benefits of gentle trade winds and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean and surrounding islands. The view is unobstructed and my favorite little luxury is having coffee on the deck in the morning with the breathtaking view. Also, I love stargazing at night on the deck. My villa is not fancy - the pictures are accurate - but it is comfortable and feels like home. I have invested in an amazing housekeeper who takes pride in her work and little luxuries like silky bamboo sheets and coffee for that first morning on the island. My villa is the only one at the resort that offers two bedrooms and an expansive deck that doubles the amount of indoor/outdoor space that can be shared. There are no guests on either side of the villa, so it is quite private as well.
The hilltop swimming pool is only steps away, but well hidden from sight (on the side of a hill). There are two other scenic pools in the resort, but the hilltop one is not as frequented and at times feels like a private swimming pool. I love being able to take a quick dip in the hilltop pool at any time and still be close to the villa. The resort provides free shuttle service within the resort that is fast and reliant - so you can take the shuttle down to the beach level and walk to 3 beaches in 2-5 minutes. Sugar beach is the resort beach - it is tiny but beautiful. Pineapple beach is the beach at our next door neighboring resort - Margaritaville. Coki Beach is a large beach on the other side of Pineapple Beach famous for great snorkeling. There are also food/beverage vendors and water sports rentals available there- even scuba diving lessons. Coral World is also located there.
