My husband and I just wrapped up his birthday plus our 5 year wedding anniversary at this location. Everything was perfect. The home was super clean, inviting, close to all the stores and restaurants and the host was very friendly/helpful! We will be returning for future stays!

The home is in a perfect place for easy access to the beach and a great beach for children and their parents. Wendy & Gary's home is beautiful, clean and in a nice quiet location. The kitchen has all the accommodations you could ask for to prepare a meal or heat up leftovers. We look forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The owners are on site and very friendly. The house was clean, It was nice to have an outdoor shower to remove the sand from the beach, as well as laundry capabilities. They even allow use to a wagon, beach chairs and floating devices which was very nice. Craftsmanship of the house was absolutely beautiful! Nice walk to the beach too!

The property seems to be newly built, the flooring and overall structure was very nice and pleasant. The kitchen had a good supply of items and the host provided clean/green cleaning supplies for the kitchen and laundry. There are beach items for use, however they are not in the best condition, but they are usable, mostly. The sleeping accommodations are comfortable, and the host was communicative. We would definitely stay with this host again!!

The house is incredible and the hosts could not be any nicer. Check in was so smooth and we had a great week there. The hot tub was lovely, and it is sooo close to the beach. The beds are all very comfy and the kitchen is very modern. There are even TWO coffee machines. Highly recommend this house! We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay.

The house was exactly as it’s presented online. It’s beautiful, clean, and spacious. Excellent, quiet location but close to everything you could want or need. The hot tub made our trip, since the weather was cold for part of our stay, and my teen daughter spent much time in it. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Gillade: Läge
The cottage is clean, open and bright. The venetian plaster walls, marbled epoxy floors, beautiful cabinetry and trim have a modern updated look with a very comfortable feel. Excellent location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes walk time. We even went without a vehicle for two days. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. This place is tucked in behind the homes on the street making it quieter than most. If we return to Destin, this will be our first choice.
