About this space
Enjoy a walk down a country road and get a great night's sleep in this private basement apartment for four! Just 19 minutes from Patrick Henry College and an hour drive from D.C. Visit the local vineyards and hike the Appalachian trail nearby. Scale Weaverton or Bears Den for an epic view! Tube, kayak or canoe down the Potomac river, just a short drive away. If there's something you need that is not listed in the description, reach out to us. We may be able to provide it.

This home is best for guests looking for a mid-term rental. We specialize in 60+ day reservations. If the calendar is blocked for your trip, contact us with your specific needs and we will try to accommodate you.
Six long windows and French doors make this apartment bright and sunny. On most evenings, sunset colors can be seen through the windows. The majority of the space is open and includes a living room and an eating area.
Guest access
The upper stories of this home are part of a separate listing on under Sunset View Bungalow. The basement is sealed off from the Bungalow.
This basement apartment has its own private entrance. Outside the apartment is flat gravel driveway parking.
The parking spaces at the basement entrance are for the basement guests only.
The adjacent parking spaces are for guests of Sunset View Bungalow (upstairs).
