GUEST H4U VILLA GARDEN & POOL is a modern 200mÂČ villa spread over two floors, featuring elegant dĂ©cor and a peaceful environment. Located in Povoa, Beiriz, in a quiet neighborhood, it is perfect for moments of relaxation. With its private garden and outdoor pool, the villa offers total privacy with no overlooking neighbors.
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a King Size bed (160x200), and 3 bathrooms, all with showers and toilets. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, including children and babies. For your comfort, the house is equipped with a TV offering access to 150 channels and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
The bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor, offering a peaceful and private setting for a good night's sleep. The ground floor is dedicated to living spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a billiards room, and two more bathrooms for added comfort. The house provides a spacious, bright, and pleasant living area for family or friends to gather.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge, 4 hobs, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
Our private garden, which includes a table and sun loungers, is perfect for enjoying the outdoors all day. The private pool, available from April to October, is an ideal place to cool off on hot days (note that the pool is not heated). A barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.

Check-in: 16:00â19:00 (free); 19:00â20:30 (âŹ15); 20:30â22:00 (âŹ25); 22:00â23:00 (âŹ50); after 23:00 (from âŹ50) â all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.
Cleaning Fee: - Please note that the cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights is 175âŹ. For stays of 7 nights or more, the cleaning fee is 350âŹ. The cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you clean the apartment at the end of your stay, the cleaning fee will be refunded.
City Tax: - A city tax of âŹ1.50 per person per night (for up to 7 nights) is applicable. This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 10:00 to 19:00 (10 AM - 7 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.
Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy: - Pets are not allowed.
Pet Policy: - Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome at a rate of âŹ5 per night, payable on-site.
Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): âŹ25 per week. Baby cot only: âŹ15 per week.
Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of âŹ200 will be charged.
