Great property bad manager

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had left the AC way too low, which caused the pipes to freeze slowly ,so the ac stopped working. No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was not newly remodeled as in dicated on the website. If you enjoy family time in the evening this is not for you. Condo sleeps six but can seat about 2 in the living room. Bedroom closet doors rusted won't open and close. Walls need some care, please replace the nasty curtains. For what it cost to rent this condo I was extremely unhappy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year in a row. Staying for 6 or more nights each stay. Very disappointed to see the same old run down couch. Couch is the only sitting in living room. Shower not useable in master bedroom due to shower head on wrong wall. Sprays water all over the floor. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Burner light stays on stove when burners not on. Future rentals need to be advised of construction going on next door. Chimney on roof is falling down. Advise no fire inside fireplace. If furniture was updated we would stay again or refer friends. This was not worth the holiday premium we paid to stay here.

Great beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a Greta place to take the family. Was about 10 doors down from mannys, and the water was out tje back door. Kids loved the tide pools, and having a 2 car garage removed all fear of damaged vehicle or theft. Neighbors and workers were all super friendly, and employees in the office on Freemont were great. Their direction were perfect and local recommendations were on point. This place would also be great for couples as one of the rooms has an out side entrance, so both couples would have privacy. We had 5 kids and this was more than enough room.

It is an older property and could use some maintenance done. The shower head in the master bedroom bath needs to be replaced. Reviewer Comments: Unclean, unclear deswcription of property and loud construction next door with workers sleeping outside of our patio and making us very uncomfortable. Upon arrival the AC was broken the maid had just started cleaning and the lock to the patio had fell off the door. Was offered a 10% discount for next time (there will never be a next time) and they wouldn't move us.

The house was pristine, no complaints at all. We had a party of 7 and everyone was comfortable. The beach at this location has more sand than rock, so swimming was enjoyable. Overall a wonderful property and would definitely reccomend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect affordable place. Some of the furniture or things are not the nicest or starting to break but all the essential things work. Might not be perfect for kids as the beach is rocky when the tide goes out but it is perfect for an adult trip, especially that it is walking distance from Manny’s. I will continue to book here
