A little more about our beach house:

While this is listed as 8 beds (10 people), Room #2 (with the two bunk beds) has a bunk bed with a single on the top and a FULL on the bottom which our two young daughters love to share, so if you really need the space, you can sleep 11. The 3rd room is a casita which is perfect for older kids who wants time away from the adults.

Food:
We frequently visit the local fish market, where you can buy shrimps and fresh fish for a great price. There is a nice BBQ grill outside, along with a sitting area. For groceries, you can visit Sam's Club or Walmart just 15min away, that is where we do most of our shopping (I will send you Google map links to everything)

Later in the day as the sun starts to set, light up the fire pit and enjoy the amazing sunset on the beach. When night falls, turn off all the lights in the house and go stargazing; The visibility at night is beyond this world.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The place was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. It really was like having our own private beach. We could count the number of other people we saw each day. The kitchen had a coffee maker, dishwasher, powerful microwave, double sided sink, fridge, and all of the tools you need for cooking. Towels and hand towels are provided. I would recommend bring your own wash clothes and beach towels. Though the house is a distance away from most stores, there is a convenient store nearby. They are closed on Sundays though. There are also a couple of restaurants at the nearby towers. Liad was a great host and very accommodating.

We loved our ocean views, steps away from the beach. An issue we ran into, was the back sliding door was not easy to open and was not sealing when closed which made outside air come in and made it hot/humid inside. Another detail that was missed, the AC units could of been on before we got there. It made our arrival a little uncomfortable coming into a hot house. And having to wait over 3hours for the house to cool down. Our stay was comfortable after that and enjoyed the beautiful views. The host was very easy to contact and responded in a timely manner.

We have stayed here multiple times and love the property and specially the location. The room with bunks is perfect for the kids, who enjoy playing with the canoe and the boogie boards. There are no stores nearby so make sure to bring everything that you will need. The stairway to the observatory was being repaired so we couldn't use it this time. Overall, we love it, we recommend it and we will keep coming.

Great house right on the beach wonderful communication!

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about booking because the price was so reasonable. I have stayed at other houses on this beach that were much more expensive, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It exceeded my expectations. Communication with Liad was excellent and prompt. The air conditioning was nice and cold and the area was safe and secure. Not sure what was going on in the water but there was a lot of seaweed and a few jellyfish, which is not typically what we’ve experienced in this area. Otherwise, the water was perfect temperature, and even in the heat of summer the breeze off of the water was enjoyable. Excellent and affordable place to stay and relax with the family. I highly recommend.

Can’t beat walking out the back door right to the sand.

Need of new updates

Needs to get updates, it tells you about all these amenities it has but everything is old and in bad conditions. Doesn't quite feel safe The host does communicate with you well ill give them 10/10 for that. The place is just not what you expect.

Good place to stay

The garage doors are in awful need of a painting, it really throws you into what you think of the house. Luckily the inside looked a lot better and very clean.

Lovely on the beach!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and shared the following feedback with the property owners which is the reason for the 3-star review: To property owners : We had a great time and love the location and access to the ocean! That said, you should know there are some things that are broken, not useable. Both white plasticlounge chairs are broken. The boogie board is coming apart, the kayak has broken seats and all the paddles are cracked or broken, the folding beach chairs are rusted closed and won't open. The sliding glass door handle is broken and also the screen door comes off the track very easily with normal opening and closing. Also the King Sized bed is starting to sag pretty badly. It could definitely use an upgrade. The kitchen is great and everything else seems to be in good condition and we did enjoy having WiFi and Netflix access. Again we have enjoyed our time but wanted to make you aware of these things.

Family vacation

We loved the house! The location was awesome—right on the beach! The house could use a few more dishes particularly glasses. There were only some mugs. But overall we loved our stay and would go back again! The owner was very nice to work with. Thanks!

An everything bagel vacation home

Communication with Liad was amazing leading up to our stay! Provided my family and I with plenty of instructions on what to expect checking in, during and check out. This lovely home had everything we needed and more! The home smelled clean and fresh right when we walked in! My kids enjoyed all the beach toys provided and obviously the gorgeous view! We have stayed in Playa Encanto a number of times and this place is definitely our favorite so far!

Bonding at the Beach

Perfect get-away for my spouse our 2 sons and my in laws House was perfect for. 5 adults and 2 teens with room to spare. And the view we had 24-7 was breathtaking the ocean is literally at your back door. Owner was amazing, so accommodating and friendly always!

Beachfront Oasis

This was an incredible property with plenty of room for our group. The house was clean and well maintained with all the necessities for the weekend. Garage was an added bonus as parking can get a little tight with multiple vehicles. Overall an incredible spot for the right price and impeccable location!

Beautiful Property, Great Owners!

The owner is quick to communicate and answer any questions. The house itself is in great condition. Very clean. My kids loves having access to Netflix and Disney+ on the t.v. The wifi was strong and supported our large group. We didn't hear any neighbors and had enough space to spread out. There's lots of beds and places to sleep. The AC works great! Which is a huge plus! There was a kayak, boogie boards, and sand toys for us to use. Which we really appreciated! I would recommend bringing bug spray, we had to run into town for some. As soon as the sun goes down the mosquitos are terrible. There are also biting flies in the early morning (the bites don't itch just sting a little). So we avoided the beach in the early morning and evenings. That has more to do with the location, not the house itself. It's a 20 min drive into town. Playa Encanto is beautiful! The beach felt very private. There wasn't a lot of people and noise around and it was a holiday weekend when we were there. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay here to stay!! We look forward to coming back!!
