The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk. The Sapphire also has many wonderful amenities including a full service spa, game room and theatre on the first floor!
The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.
Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in. -A maximum of 8 guests permitted, as per Sapphire Policy, children of any age will be counted as a guest.
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have guests.
-No pets allowed.
-No candles allowed in the condo.
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
Failure to abide by Sapphire or house rules may result in fines and/or eviction
Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: March 7th-March 17th 2024 and March 23rd- March 31st 2024 "At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family."
