Ideally Located inside the Plantation with quick access to the Cut for great fishing, watching sunsets this house features decks on both levels where you can sit and drink your morning coffee or listen to the sounds of the waves on the beach. Easy access to the beach from the beach access only 150 feet from the end of the driveway.

4C & Sand features two large master suites one off the main room on the 2d level and the other on the 1st level. Both the Master suites feature jacuzzi tubs to unwind in after a long day at the beach. The 3rd floor has a queen bed that shares a bath with the kids' room which has a full/ twin bunk bed that accommodates three. The three adult bedrooms feature smart tv's and dvd players and the kids' room has a smart tv and dvd.

Ready for some fun come enjoy the pool (the private pool can be heated for a fee of $350.00, please make sure to send us a message if you would like the pool heated), have a family ping pong competition or a spirited game of basketball. Plenty to keep everyone occupied. After a great day of fishing at the cut use the large fish cleaning station outside to prepare your catch for the day, for the evening meal.

And don't forget the bike trails throughout the plantation you can ride safely with the whole family on the trails and for more adventurous ride downtown for an ice cream cone or a tour of the lighthouse.

This house participates in the Planation amenities so if you want to play tennis, use the gym at the clubhouse or swim laps at the community pool it is all yours for the choosing.
