One driveway parking space is available.
The garage is reserved for the golf cart. For additional vehicles to be parked, the HOA requires vehicles to be parked in gravel street spaces on the south side of the community. Included is a 6-seater golf cart and 4 bicycles for your convenience.
To drive golf cart, you must be 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and driverâs license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity at no additional cost.
