This stylish place is perfect for group trips visiting the area for a few days, and or staying for a couple of weeks. This beautiful house in the heart of Beverly Hills is in the hub of all Michigan has to offer. Only 5 minutes from downtown Birmingham and downtown Royale Oak. Near the best cuisines, cafes, bars, breweries, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or cozy home base while exploring Michigan. This is the go-to modern and cozy spot made perfect

This house is a Two story house with a fully finished basement. It has three bedrooms, three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. On the main floor, you have the dining room, living room, kitchen, and entrance to the backyard. By the kitchen, you have access to the basement. The basement has a workspace along with a nice cozy hangout spot with a stationary bike to break a sweat while watching TV. You will also have a half bathroom and a laundry room.

Guests will have access to the entire house, and will not have to share the house with anyone. The backyard is open to the guest and will have the backyard with a patio and a grill.

I will be in touch with guests every so often and check-in on them to ensure their stay is going good!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood right off of Woodward. There is a park in the neighborhood about 5 minutes away from walking distance as well.

Guests will be able to park in the drive way by there selves and will not have to share parking with anyone.

Great family spot

This was a great location with everything you need for your family. We loved the decorations in the "kids" room and the fenced back yard!

After reading some of the not so good reviews I still consider to book just for the host to cancel my booking the night before arrival date and I have yet to receive my refund

Cozy home in Berkley that’s pet friendly!

We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay near relatives and found this charming home in Berkley that fit our needs. Home has been updated with nice amenities in the kitchen and includes off street parking. It’s conveniently located to near by restaurants in walking distance. I recommend this place to others.

Everything that shines is not gold

I booked this property for a week because my job had me come to Michigan for a project to complete. I am from Georgia and the project ended up lasting until June. I communicated this to the host and he was very understanding he moved a few guests to another property for me and I thought he extended my stay until June because that’s what we agreed on so I had me and my family belongings shipped to the house. I stayed in this home for 40 days and at the last minute at 7 pm he told me I had to check out the next morning . The next morning I was contacted by another host saying I had to check out the property I told him that I was not aware of this and me and the other host agreed that I was staying until June. But he said I still had to leave he said he will try and make some calls to at lest give me 24 hours. He then called me back and said I could leave the next day now remember me and my family had to book a last minute house and also pack all our belongings we had so much stuff we had to take 8 loads of things to the next house and that was a hour away because that was the only thing available. I spent so much money with them and I feel like they didn’t appreciate it. They couldn’t even make me aware of the check out date so I could have planned for this In advance. They really inconvenience me to the up most, I had to miss work and spend extra money when all they had to do was communicate with me. This was a horrible experience run away from this house If you can.

Filthy house and owner delayed check in!

A prior renter reviewed this property and warned people not to rent it. We didn’t have any other rental options so we kept our booking assuming the owner would resolve the issues. He did not! The kitchen was filthy (floors were dirty, microwave had splattered food and stove top had grease splatters and baked on food on the cooktop), the dining room table had food splatters, the sliding door was filthy, the bath towels were stained, dust and debris beneath the beds, and a horrible sticky goop on the floor in one of the bedrooms. I have photos of all. The biggest insult is that the owner asked us to delay taking possession of the house because the house was still being cleaned. I have asked for a refund of all cleaning fees but have not received word from the owner. would never recommend this place.

Inaccurate/Awful Management

TLDR: Stay somewhere else! We arrived and the second we stepped out of our vehicle found cigarette butts throughout the yard. Outdoor trash cans had their lids strewn about the yard, exposing the garbage to the outdoors. Broken outdoor light left on the ground. There was a bowl of standing water filled with dirt and slime from how long it was left. Our dog (pet friendly listing) almost drank it. There was also a dead bird carcass (bones and feathers) right next to the deck. The outdoor furniture was too dirty to use. There was an old water heater thrown behind the garage too. Our friend who is a contractor also came over and told us the deck was not up to code. That covers the outside, now for the inside. The remote was soaking wet for some reason, causing it to not work. I reached out to the host several times and they were quick to respond but offered no solution. The TV had clearly never been used as it had no wifi set up so we couldn't even download an app to use as a remote. The freezer handle was poorly attached and fell off every time we opened it. We did not even complete our stay as we were worried what other issues we'd run in to. The owner agreed to a refund for part of our stay but has since ghosted us. Additionally, he tried to rebuke that there was any garbage despite us having pictures of the contrary. Save yourself the hassle stay somewhere else!
