Nice place

House was clean and comfortable. Area was less than attractive. It worked for 3 guys doing some work in the area and the host was great.

Visiting

House was dirty when I arrived, let over food in the fridge , cigarettes in the bathroom. Door didn’t have a key, owners tried to charge me extra about smoking and i don’t even smoke. House was in a great location though.

In an abandoned neighborhood. Very run down slightly refurbished home.

Detroit Supercross getaway

We stayed at this property which was a quick 10min drive to Ford Field where the races were taking place. Kevante was quick to respond to any questions we had, the house was clean and cozy. The location although convenient to Ford Field was in a bit of a rough neighbourhood, overall it was a good stay and would definitely recommend for a larger group!

Girls "Disturbed" trip

The place was definitely a little sketch when we got there. The host did a good job of explaining what was going on, but in no means "luxury" All the trash, on the curb and dog poop all over front yard, huge turn off. 1 Non working bathroom, & no towels, for 7 women. No blanket for the 7th (couch)sleeper.

Big house and good price

We had a comfortable stay. Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and clean so we slept well. This is a big house for a good price! However this is more of a remodel in progress. Hair in the trap in the kitchen sink, fake eyelashes on the floor in the living room, and miscellaneous garbage under the bed from previous renters was undesirable (I only know this because my dog kept pulling miscellaneous things out from under there). I worried about what my dog might find lying on the floor and eat. Once the work is completed the property will be more desirable. The neighborhood is questionable but the house is equipped with a security system to provide security. The Keurig and complimentary kcup made my morning much sweeter before my long drive home!

Thank you for sharing this space

For travelling on a budget, this property cannot be beat! We did not come in expecting the utmost lap of luxury but it absolutely suited our needs and comfortably housed 5 adults for a weekend. We felt safe inside the home as well. Two improvements that could be made are full length mirrors in the bedrooms and lighting alternatives to the overhead bulbs in the common spaces but that's overall very minor
