Villan av Bridgewater är en vacker fyra sovrum hem ligger i den pittoreska och trevliga gemenskapen Bridgewater Crossing. Med sitt öppna utrymme, vackra inredning, dess bevarandevyer och dess fantastiska läge, kommer vårt Florida-hem att göra den perfekta semestern för dig och din familj.

Vår rena och rökfria villa erbjuder allt du har hemma. Kabel-TV, gratis trådlöst internet, gratis nationella samtal, fullt fungerande tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett fullt utrustat kök (apparater i rostfritt stål inklusive ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, ett stort sida vid sida kylskåp, brödrost, kaffebryggare och alla nödvändiga köksredskap).

Huset är luftkonditionerat för din komfort (med undantag för garaget) och dess 4 sovrum rymmer 8 personer:

- Ett sovrum med en king size-säng: kvalitetsmadrassen och det nya moderna sängkläderna ger en bekväm vila på natten. 40 "TV med mer än 200 kanaler.
- Ett bekvämt rum med en queen size-säng: 40 "TV med mer än 200 kanaler.
- Mickey Mouse Retreat: 2 enkelsängar med högkvalitativa madrasser och sängkläder. Det finns en TV för dina barn att njuta av!

Vårt (valfritt) uppvärmd, privat skärmad pool med utsikt över ett skogsområde är det perfekta stället att koppla av och njuta av ett uppfriskande dopp efter en hektisk dag på nöjesparker. Huset ligger på ett stort antal, vilket garanterar mycket privatliv medan du solar och badar. Gästerna har full tillgång till gemenskapens faciliteter: 2 tennisbanor, ett basketplan, en stor gemensam pool, en damm och en sjö. Allt är bara 2 minuters promenad.

Sevärdheter i närheten ligger bland annat Disney (15 minuter), Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, ... tillsammans med Mexikanska golfen och Atlanten stränder (inom en timmes bilresa).

Det finns också många butiker och restauranger i närheten: Publix, Walgreens, Panera Bröd, Dunkin'Donuts, Subway, Red Robin, Miller, ... (5 minuter), Posner Park (Target, Best Buy, Ross, Dicks, restauranger och mer) bara 10 minuter från huset. Walmart ligger bara 15 minuter bort.
Vårt samhälle ligger också bara 3 miles från den prestigefyllda Champions Gate Golf Course och några miles från många andra ledande golfbanor.

Great size and distance from Disney

Overall, the place was great and perfect for a Disney vacation. Only negative is it would have been nice to have a few more basic items onsite (i.e. more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, a couple more trash bags, etc) and washcloths as we were only able to find towels and hand towels.

Met all our needs

The house is clean, tidy, and met all our needs! We enjoyed the heated pool. The house has a great set up of 2 rooms towards the front of the house and 2 towards the back. The house is very centrally locatedClose to groceries stores, restaurants, and Disney parks. We enjoyed the pool table in the garage also.

Good stay in cooler weather

Nice and spacious and a good location. Quiet and the main bed was very comfortable. The host and property manager were very helpful indeed when we contacted them about a small matter. The pool was warm enough for me to swim in several times at an unseasonably low air temperature. Great for a family. I'd like enough toilet roll to be provided As tourists, I really don't want to be doing that sort of shopping, but maybe a few guests have abused this in the past?

Lacks amenities

The property was very nice as was the pool. We were frustrated that there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels. There was no dish soap at all, one tab for the dishwasher - which didn’t work and we had to wash all the dishes by hand. The garbage disposal backed up and we had to bucket the water out the property manager did fix the disposal but not the dishwasher. We were disappointed that there were not enough towels - extras for the pool for example. Every VRBO we have stayed in had at least the bare necessities. We had to buy the stuff and then had to leave it there. Hopefully it stays for the next guest. Very close to the theme parks etc so that was good.

Disney Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for an affordable disney vaca with our small children and parents. It was a short drive to the parks but with traffic in the morning took us around 30-40min drive. The house had a pack n play and strollers which were very helpful to have. I liked how everything was on one floor with the kids and not worrying about stairs. Lots of space and very clean. Would recommend this place. Thank you again for letting us stay at your place.

Perfect home away from home

The house was well represented in the pictures. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The pool was clean and well maintained. We visited Disney, Universal and Gatorland and the distance was great for each location.

Relaxing

The house was in a nice location for restaurants and groceries. A short distance for Disney. We did need to go to store for hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments such as salt and pepper as there were no condiments and only the roll of toilet paper on the holder and paper towel on holder. Limited dish soap and bar soap for hands. We were there for a week and wash hands frequently. No wash clothes for the bathrooms.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed at Christine's property for a week as a family and truly had an amazing time. The place was very clean and well-appointed. We even enjoyed the pool (well heated in December). We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in the Orlando area.

Fantastic property!

We had a fantastic week at the property! The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 6, it was such a bonus to have the heated pool! We were super close to the parks and spent time there, and also had rest days to swim and relax. It was the perfect post-holiday getaway!

Loved it!

Such a great place to vacation! The home was beautiful, clean, and provided a great home away from home. It was located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood fairly close to Disney. It took us only 15 min. without traffic. The pool was such a nice bonus! We definitely want to go back the next time we plan to be in the area.

Loved it here!

We didn't want to leave, our stay was so perfect! The house was immaculately clean, and so well taken care of. Christine is an amazing host, and her staff is wonderful. You can tell they take great pride in their property. The pool was exceptionally clean, and very fun! We had an amazing time, and would highly recommend vacationing here!!

Overall Good Stay

We stayed for 6 days and the property was nice. The pool was great. Quiet neighborhood. Traffic was really bad each day so getting to Universal and Disney were at least 45 minutes to 1 hour both in the morning and late evening.

All the ingredients for a wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa. The area is really nice, quiet friendly and private. Christine was very quick and helpful in responding to any queries i had. The villa was beautifully clean and very well equipped. The only thing i would say is you have to add time on to your journeys and plan ahead as the traffic on the I4 and 192 is always bad. We would definitely recommend this villa, and would happily book it again the next time we come to Florida.

Fantastic villa - highly recommend!

We have been to Florida many many times and always book a villa in the Champions Gate area for our trip. This property has been our favourite, it was really homely, has a large pool, lovely outlook, amazing comfy bed, very easy to check in and out, had everything you needed and great, quick communication with Christine too. I can highly recommend this villa for its location too, it’s close to all the parks and as we’re well acquainted with the I4 we knew to check Google maps before we left to check the traffic which is to be expected any time of year in the attraction area. Thanks for a fantastic stay and I hope to be back very soon :-)

Comfortable spot that met our needs.

The area was quiet and the home was as expected for the price point. Plenty of amenities near by. All bedding and linens felt clean and were in good condition. Furniture was also clean and comfortable. Pool furniture was showing some age but functional and very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy in the back yard/ pool area. Beds were comfortable, and all appliances were clean and up to date. Games in the games room were showing some wear but it met our needs as it was only one child traveling with us who used them. We were very satisfied with this VRBO.

Central Florida is a great vacation area for families. Our comfortable vacation home is located in a quite and safe area but remains very close to major theme parks, shops, restaurants and leading golf courses. The screened lanai/pool and the conservation views offer great privacy. Our great home plus the community amenities (2 tennis courts, large community pool, one half basketball field, one volleyball field, a pond and a lake) simply make our kids happy. This is just the place to spend great family times.
