We had a fantastic stay at this house. It was exactly as advertised. The owner, Keith, was responsive and kind! The location was perfect, the pool was refreshing and a fun game room. Our family loves this vacation!

Amazing Time

We absolutely loved our trip and the villa was everything and more, great communication and an amazing place. We all enjoyed the pool, which was lovely to spend time in after a busy day in the parks. Great location to shops and food places. Highly recommend and we would not hesitate to stay again 😀 thank you for a fantastic couple of weeks!

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely 10 day stay in this villa! It was clean, a good size and in a lovely, quiet location. We struggled to make contact with the management company on arrival but were able to speak to the owner. Would definitely return if we go back to Florida!

Great stay!

This property is perfectly located north of the 'parks' and is in a real neighborhood. The property is well maintained and clean. Keith was a wonderful host. We definitely enjoyed our time there and would easily choose a return.

Lovely stay

Close to Disney. 30 min drive to Universal. Property was clean and tidy. Host Keith was very attentive, friendly and helpful, even warning us about the Hurricane before we were aware but gave us good advice which we followed. Would stay here again.

Amazing experience

This was our first family vacation in years so we needed the perfect place to stay. I can happily say that this property checked off all of the boxes and then some. Beautiful, clean, spacious and welcoming. The interaction with the property owner was fast and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this location for a great family getaway.

Gorgeous!

We had a great time! Everything was just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The pool ( for the one day we could use it) was beautiful. Host was very responsive and helpful. The drive to Universal was about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend!!

We loved staying at this home. Quiet neighborhood and great location to all the parks. We enjoyed the pool at the end of a long hot day at the parks. Home was clean and looked great. I do think the blinds could be repaired, but not a big deal. We would rent this home again in the future! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful

We have recently returned from this absolutely stunning villa, having been lucky enough to spend 17 nights there. It met our initial expectations and so much more. The villa is beautifully furnished, well kept and stocked with everything you find yourself needing. The pool area & the view was lovely. The main master suite was amazing. We stayed as a family of 6 and we're all very sad to be leaving come the end of the stay. Great location, lots in the surrounding area (restaurants, fuel, coffee, Walmart) and easy to jump onto the (dreaded) I4. A special Thank You to Keith & family for making the booking process easy, communication was A, super helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. An additional Thank You for the card and bottle of bubbly on arrival... A very nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future, should we be lucky enough to do so. Thanks again.... The perfect stay.

Relaxing stay

House is a nice size with a large pool and Lanai. Private with a beautiful view over rear pond. Quiet neighbourhood and close to Publix. Pool has sun from 11am however sun overtakes Lanai with full heat from around 3 -3.30pm with no shade. Beautiful sunsets. House is as pictured and kitchen is fully stocked with all needed items to prepare and cook your own meals. Be aware that you will need to shop for condiments oil paper towel plastic wrap foil etc as kitchen has nothing from previous guests unlike most VRBO's l have stayed in previously. Plenty of pool towels and a large table to enjoy meals on the lanai. Updating pool loungers or provide cushioning would greatly improve outside area. House has ceiling fans and is comfortably air conditioned.

Comfortable stay

The check in process was super easy! Reading the prior reviews I was kind of sad to not receive a bottle of champagne like families before us. The pool was great but needed to be cleaned during the stay. The information packet says it is cleaned weekly but I did not see anyone during our stay. While we were there, a guy came to the door saying he was sent there to replace screens and we have never heard from property management or the owner so we did not let him in. Later that day, I noticed a piece of screening in the garbage container outside so something was apparently fixed. I would assume the property management company would call before sending someone over? The check in instructions also stated to call the property management company upon arrival and when I did, they acted surprised I was even calling. Overall, the house was cozy and fit our needs during our week stay. The day we checked out, we left 30-40 mins early. And as we were packing our car, a carload of people, I’m assuming were the cleaning company sat in the driveway and watched us. It would be ALOT more professional if they showed up after the guests leave or Atleast after check out times.

We looked for a property in the Orlando area for quite some time, many were looked at and many dismissed. When we first saw this one we knew right away that this was the one, from the second we opened the double front doors the bright and airy open plan living area struck us, swiftly followed by the stunning view of the lake out across the pool.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We get an immense amount of joy from our home, a place to relax, a place to get away from it all. Wether that be a well earned break or just at the end of a busy day around Orlando's attractions. I can think of nothing better than sitting poolside of an evening whilst watching the sun set behind the lake to the sound of nothing but nature.
