This is such a great place to stay. This host was very accommodating in every way. Beautiful historic building and parking was easy and close. Very clean with beautiful views and lights at night. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much.

Wonderful older place. Very well kept/remodeled. The owner made it very easy to book, gain access and was wonderful to deal with. Location is perfect if you’re there for college events at UC or even downtown events. We will definitely be recommending Flatiron to friends and families.

Great location - close to everything but not a lot of traffic. Plenty of nearby free street parking. Cute, unique space with beautiful architectural details. Bathroom updated with nice shower.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. The host was very attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and didn’t lack anything. This location was perfect as we were minutes from downtown and many other main attractions. Street parking was very convenient. Thanks for having us Chris!

Host agreed to a price and did not honor that agreement. Apt was not clean at all. Many things were falling apart and broken. I notified the host. Communication was terrible, all responses made zero sense. Traffic was very loud all the time. It sounded like it was in the room with us. Power went out several times during our 30 night stay. We were promised extra towels on day 7, they never came. Overall, not worth the cost of the stay and not happy with the host for not honoring his financial agreement.

Favorite Place to Stay

The stay at this beautiful apartment was truly exceptional. The space was not only comfortable and inviting but also nestled in a vibrant and welcoming community. The experience exceeded all expectations, and it stands out as one of the best stays to date. The host's hospitality and attention to detail made the visit especially memorable.

All this and cafe too

It's a charming apartment, outfitted with everything we might have needed, and located conveniently to OTR, Findlay Market, etc. The host was very helpful with a quick response to our questions. The huge bonus was to also be located above a perfect cafe, coffee shop and wine bar!

The host's response time for all questions was remarkably fast. The apartment is large, with well appointed separate areas. There is a pocket door separating the rest of the apartment from the area that include a desk/working space and the bedroom. Some light comes into the bedroom through the windows in that desk/working space. It might be good to have blackout curtains for the windows in the desk/working area like those in the bedroom. That's a minor point. It's a lovely apartment that is very conveniently located with easy street parking.
