Vara en privilegierad parisisk i denna höga standard 70m2 lägenhet sällsynt kvalitet.

I själva verket är den här lägenheten exceptionella:
• En underbar utsikt över Paris från den 5: e våningen
• En översta plats centralt i Montmartre Village inför Avenue Junot, 2mn från Sacré-Coeur och tunnelbana
• En hiss, så sällsynt i Paris.
Dessutom är utsmyckning av lägenheten smakfullt och rik. Möbler är av sällsynt kvalitet.

Man går in i lägenheten i en stor entré. Facing finns 2 olika rum: vardagsrum och matsal med öppet kök. Till vänster en liten korridor som leder till sovrum, toaletter och badrum.

Vardagsrummet är otroligt. Utsikten är slående: 4 full höjd fönster dominerar Paris.
Det är väl inredda med art déco fåtöljer och bord, och en helt ny bäddsoffa som sover 2. Ett skrivbord kan användas om det behövs. En skorsten med en stor spegel bidrar till charmen.

Matsalen ligger i anslutning till vardagsrummet. Det är mycket stor. Den innehåller ett modernt öppet kök fullt utrustat. Matbordet är ovala och stora (rymmer upp till 8), tillverkade av ett unikt hartsmaterial. En bit av konst "art deco" bar separerar tabellen från köket. Igen till full höjd dubbla fönster med utsikt över Paris och torget Marcel Aymé där den berömda "Passe Muraille" staty från Jean Cocteau ligger (se bild).

Sovrummet har ett stort dubbla fönster med utsikt över Paris samt en skorsten. En stor garderob är tillgänglig för tyg. Den stora platt TV-skärmen ligger i sovrummet.

Vid slutet av korridoren ligger badrummet med badkar med dusch. 2 mindre fönster ger det ett starkt ljus. Toaletter är separata (men i lägenheten).

Denna plats är en perfekt bas för att besöka Paris. Det stannar 15 minuters med tunnelbana till mest intressanta Paris platser och är en mycket charmig och rogivande område som ska uppskattas efter en hel dag med shopping och promenader genom museer.

Authentic stay in Montmarte

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and enjoyed the authentic Parisian experience of living in Montmarte. After a scheduling glitch upon arrival, which was smoothed out quickly, we had a wonderful stay in this artistic and soulful apartment brimming with travel books and art from around the world. And the views of Paris were breathtaking!

Magic in Paris

This apartment was the perfect location. Easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, Sacre Coeur - and the Metro just down the hill. The views are the best in Paris with the Eiffel Tower just outside the Master Bedroom. A magical visit where I asked my girlfriend to Marry Me - she said "Oui" - Romance in Paris - can not get better than this!

The apartment was a perfect location, with views and within a short walking distance of Sacre Coeur, cafes, and the wonderful restaurants, Le Moulin de las Galette and Las Maison Rose. The apartment was quiet; the only issue was that some street noise was annoying a couple of nights.

Home away from home

The location is perfect and the views are great. It’s about equal distance from Abesses and Lamark stations, both of which have an elevator. It’s not right on the square, but close enough for an easy walk. The flat is not perfect, the building is older, but absolutely charming. The sofa bed is different than the US, lift up from the back cushions and it will open. The flat is a great space in an awesome neighborhood. We really loved our stay!

Wonderful Stay

The view of this apartment is just amazing! We did not go to sleep until we all looked at the Eiffel Tower sparkling at midnight out of the bedroom window. This was a great space with separate areas so we could all spread out after our day. The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the restaurants and cafes in this neighborhood. On the last night of our 5 day stay, we all agreed we wish we were staying longer! For check in, it is important to confirm if the passcode has been updated according the directions to get into the building where the keys are. We arrived at 8:00 PM, and found the pass code was not up to date with the directions given.

Spectacular views, charming interior

We loved starting and ending our days at this light-filled, spacious apartment with its mesmerizing views of Paris. The decor is an eclectic mix of old and new, with many exotic tribal pieces and a large library of travel-inspired works. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed comfortable. There were a few small irritants with this rental--no ability to drop off luggage before afternoon check-in, the need to pick up and drop off keys at a management office a few blocks away--but these did not unduly impact our stay. This quiet, well-located apartment very much added to our enjoyment of Montmartre.

Montmartre Stay

The location of the apartment was wonderful BUT it needed a lot of work-cutlery was dirty and broken, fridge door was broken, the shower was broken and my husband fixed it himself. The bath would not drain properly. There were no plates just saucers! There had been a leak in the kitchen and the ceiling was water stained. Trying to get the key was a challenge after a long travel day. The apartment was choc full of personal items so no room to unpack properly. Overall not what we expected. Apart from the location I give it a failing grade.

Paris delivered

We loved our stay. Although, this home was exactly that-a home. It certainly is not for someone who hates clutter. Most surfaces are taken by personal items which I just moved during our stay. The neighbourhood was perfect and we loved our walks to and from our outings. We loved the views. The kitchen was satisfactory and there was enough space to recharge in the living room. The check in process was the most complex I have ever used-and I’ve used a lot. It felt like we were on the Amazing Race! The flat isn’t very far after you’ve located the key but it was annoying after a long day of travel and returning it on check out day. We loved the lift. What a treat after being out all day. I would definitely suggest this home to a friend but with the warning of the excess stuff around the space. Thank you-we had a perfect Paris experience.

Beautiful Apartment in Beautiful Montmartre

This was our second stay at the Celine apartment. It lived up to the high expectations we had from the first visit. We originally booked this visit a couple of years ago, but Jean Noel was kind enough to let us roll our deposit over twice (!), until COVID simmered down. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, with wonderful light and amazing views. The kitchen/dining area is huge and well stocked. The whole place is furnished in bright, funky colors, with books, art, and artifacts from all over the world. Apparently the owners are world travelers. There is a great music collection which is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day with a glass (or many glasses) of wine. It doesn't feel like a short term rental--it feels like someone's home, which it is. Location is perfect for everything in Montmartre. Check-in should be easier, but that's about the only negative. We love the place. If I live long enough, we'll be back! Again.

So much to love about this apartment but...

This apartment is in an ideal location, surrounded by culural history. The building is wonderfully old, including creaky floors and the tiny elevator that never failed us. The apartment itself has breathtaking views and it was great to open up the French doors and take it all in. The apartment is filled with treasures from the owner's travels. However, all those treasures also collect dust and this apartment was in need of a deep clean when we arrived. The kitchen was uninspiring. There was a cutting board with leftover food on it. The utensils were old. The living room chairs had large water stains on them and one was ripped on the side. The black area rug had not been vaccumed prior to our arrival. I am afraid this apartment has gone from cool and eclectic to rundown. With a little TLC it will again be a great choice for a stay in Montmarte.

Nice apartment, fantastic location and views

Overall we enjoyed the apartment and concur with previous reviews. Light sleepers would want to bring earplugs, however, as this is a typical older building and you could hear the neighbors quite a bit. We were not allowed to check in early (though the apartment appeared to be unoccupied on the calendar) and luggage storage was also not possible - either one of which would have been much appreciated. Having rented apartments in Paris multiple times before this one, having to hike up and down the hill (with luggage) to both pick up and drop off the keys was unusual and inconvenient and seemed to be for the convenience of the staff. Most places allow for one to simply leave the keys in the apartment when the stay is completed - which would be a great improvement for future guests. Also, the multiple pages of check in instructions and rather condescending directions on how to "behave" in the apartment were a bit much...

We'll be back!

My wife and I spent four nights in the Celine apartment and found it to be perfect for us.We have rented apartments in Montmartre on four different trips, but Celine is easily our favorite. It is spacious, well equipped, stylishly decorated with furniture, art, and odd pieces from all over the world. It is cheerfully painted in bright colors. The views are spectacular from all rooms, and ending a day in the comfort of the living room with its views over Paris and a glass (or more) of wine, was one of our favorite parts of the vacation. The location is perfect--quiet, but easy walks to the Metro, Place du Tertres, and the shops and cafes of Rue des Abbesses. A walk down to Grenier du Pain for croissants and a baguette is a perfect way to begin the day. Nice building, just a beautiful place to hang out. Almost as a bonus, the Coq au Rico on the corner is one of the better bistros in the city I do think that InBeau should make the check in/out process easier. There are 4 pages of instructions, and I'll leave it at that. Apart from that minor quibble, the place is perfect. You won't be sorry if you rent it.

Great place, suberb views of Paris

We just came back from a 10 day vacation, 2 adults, 2 teenage girls and had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious, sunny and in a great area. We loved to hang out in the dinning room- kitchen combo. The tiny elevator was a bonus after long walks in the city. Wifi worked fine, but we couldn't make the tv work, wasn't a big deal. Washing machine was great to have. There is also a dishwasher, which we haven't used. The apartment is between 2 metro stations, i would skip Abbesses coming home, unless you want to walk up the 92 steps - the elevator there is under reconstruction. Use Lamarck instead, it has an elevator. Take the steps to , right to rue Caulaincourt. There are lots of restaurants and a great bakery with random opening hours.. Turn left here, there is nice grocery store at the bottom of a few steps which takes you to avenue Junot, which brings you directly to the apartment. The restaurants on rue Caulaincourt only have menus in french, but the waitresses are friendly and will try to translate it. Around the Abbesses, or on place du Tetre the restaurants have bilingual menus. Don't miss the Dali museum wich is only 5 minutes from the apartment, alittle bit hiden, on your left, just before place du Tetre. The view is spectacular from the little balconies, the Eiffel tower sparkling at night, the Arc de Triumph, the golden Dome of the Invalides. We enjoyed it very much! The managers were very helpfull with any questions we had. Take the taxi from and to the airport, easier and the pice is fixed to 35 Euros. Getting the keys to the apartment is little bit complicated, but the directions are clear. Pick up a Paris map at the airport, it will help. Overall it was a great vacation, we would stay here in the future too! Enjoy!

"Celine" was all I had seen in the web and more. I really loved the location of this property.

What a pleasant surprise! Such a lovely, spacious home. I loved the location! A 5 minute walk up Rue Lapec and you are at the Artist's Market and restaurant shop area of Montmartre including the Sacre' Coeur. 5 minutes down the hill and you are at Caulaincourt /Lamarck Roads where not only the Metro Station is but a food market, Cafe's, Bakeries, Cheese Shops all are located as well. The Lamarck Metro Station is the 12 line and it is a great line to be on to connect and go anywhere in Paris. From the bedroom you have a view of The Eifel Tower, the living room the Sacre' Coeur and below are the two remaining windmills of Montmartre. my wife and I loved the Parisian neighborhood experience we got staying in Celine with Café, etc. so close by. Everything in Paris was a Metro ride away and usually the longest we would be in transit was 30 minutes. Very safe neighborhood as well. The apartment had more than I expected in things like an Iron, Hair Dryer, etc. Also it had a spacious bathroom and the entire apt was roomy. In Beau Paris is the Manager and Jean-Noel and Karen were attentive and service oriented. I received my deposit back super quick. I would absolutely rent from In Beau Paris and stay in Celine again. Also they give you instructions on the short walk to pick up your keys - the Café beside the building gas excellent Café au lait and croissants Two things I have to mention. Expect exactly one hand towel and one towel per person, and no washcloth. They do have a washer (no dryer) but I stayed 10 days and this was not quite what I expected for linens for a 10 day stay. Take a few washcloths and an extra towel - I would. Also, you do have some serious walking in Paris to begin with and this is up the hill. Be prepared for some hill climbing - totally worth it but bring good shoes for cobblestones and walking in general. A great find is the elevator (Lift) at the Lamarck Metro Station - this is a big deal as it saves a bunch of stairs for the walk to the apt. HIGHLY SATISFIED is my feeling. The small improvements were not enough for me to even drop this to a 4 star. Merci In Beau Paris for a great stay in Celine!

Fantastic views, great location

Nice neighborhood, quiet, easy access to metro. Working lift was a plus. Clean linens. Well equipped kitchen. Lamarck metro is the way to go, especially using the secret elevator there (veer sharp left after passing through ticket stalls). Thanks to previous reviewer for that tip. Lifesaver if your feet are tired. Previous reviews accurate about difficulty working appliances; Engineer husband couldn’t figure out how to get the microwave to work. Nurse that programs IV pumps: I got it to work. Ignore directions by door, they’re wrong. Press lower right corner button, it will work. The oven almost lit our frozen pizza on fire. Lesson learned: don’t come to Paris and eat frozen pizza (we were tired that night). Stuck to stovetop after that. Tried the oven a second time towards the end and potatoes au gratin came out good, ie, not charcoal. And yes we knew the oven settings are in C and not F. I think my only complaint would be the toilet-it’s literally a WC, as in water closet. It’s a closet with a toilet. Notice there’s no pics in listing; there’s a reason for that. No vent, strange oil based orange paint and old posters. Husband reminded me that in old Parisian buildings, some flats don’t have a toilet so he was happy. It was fine for just the two of us but might get crowded with 4. If it was mine I’d replace the toilet and paint the walls white. Bonus that it’s separate from the shower. The coffee maker was small and had seen better days, but it worked. (White isn’t a great color for coffee makers-try black or stainless steel? 8-12 cup size preferred, not 4). The glasses could use a deep clean—I washed everything a second time bc the dishwasher doesn’t work that great. Maybe use better dishwasher soap and not the funky tablets provided. The decor was eclectic-we get it, owners travel a lot. A little crowded for my taste; I needed to move things to find surface space to put our stuff down, and to cook. My husband LOVED it (picky Scandinavian-I was shocked he was happy!) and said it was a typical perfect Parisian apartment. A true gem and the views were spectacular. Lots of windows, can see Eiffel Tower from bedroom. We would stay here again. The directions to get the keys are a bit like the Amazing Race esp. after a long flight and battling cobblestones w/rolling luggage but if you tag team with someone that knows how to follow elaborate instructions (I put husband up to the challenge, he said it was easy) then you will be ok.

Fabulous apartment

We rented this apartment for our first stay in Paris, and we’re overwhelmed with it! Fabulous views, charming apartment, wonderful location! We couldn’t have been happier! The owner was very accommodating and left excellent details for us. We would definitely rent again! A+ all around! Merci!

A bit disappointing

Overall I am giving this rental a 3 but honestly was a bit disappointed. The flat was an older building with lots of great architecture but the floors were terribly creaky and loud. The flat itself was surface clean but was in desperate need of deep cleaning. The furniture especially the chairs were very dirty and stained. We did have clean linen for bed but also told managers we would be using pullout bed which we had to search for clean linens for and only found a dirty sheet and a sleeping bag for a blanket. Views from the flat were nice but view of Eiffel Tower could only be seen from bedroom balcony. It did have a working lift which was a big plus! The managers did respond quickly to our questions and the neighborhood was very nice.

We selected this property because of its great location close to Sacre-Coeur Basilica, Place du tertre, Abbesses, shops, restaurants, the apartment quality and beautiful panoramic view of Paris.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.
