Exactly as described! We loved everything but somehow missed the map to the kayak entry so never went exploring in the kayak. We will definitely enjoy that next time because we will be back here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the setup of the house and it was perfect for ten people ages 6-62. The pool was a big win for our in-between time beach hopping. Three beaches within driving distance and a lake within walking distance. The hosts were readily available to answer and help with any questions. Two beaches are close by but we spent most of our time at Siesta Key Beach which is about a 25 minute drive. We were so happy there was a grill on site and literally everything you would need to cook for a large family. House was amazingly clean upon arrival. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Everything was great we enjoyed the home and it was in a great location close to everything. Our only complaint was we couldn’t escape the no-see-um bugs. Inside and out. We contacted the owner and they said they would send someone out to spray but I can’t confirm that they did or didn’t because we was gone all day however we stopped and bought spray and washed everything and it was better after that. Also, not a complaint just an inconvenience. There are three bathrooms however none of them are on the main level so all involved going up or down steps. It turned out ok for us but we intended on taking my elderly dad which would have been super hard had he been out of the hospital in time to go. Over all we absolutely loved our stay!!!

10/10 Excellent house-Excellent location! We had a wonderful time! The house was clean & had everything you could possibly want on vacation. The owner supplies plenty of beach towels, kitchen items, pool toys, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, even had plenty of games & puzzles for the kids! I loved the layout of the house, bedrooms were large & spaced out so we never felt crowded. The air conditioning worked great & kept the house cool. (Something I truly appreciate.) The pool area was lovely, all the greenery around the lanai made it feel so private. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Dave & Lynne (our hosts) were very attentive, excellent communication, they reached out just to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was going well.We did have a special request while there and within a few minutes they were able to accommodate us. Our family made some great memories at your house. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again if we get back to Florida.Thank you,Theresa

For the price the pool heating should be included especially in high season for the price, my biggest concern was cleanliness, there was hair all over the bathrooms disgusting I had to Lysol everything down, the kitchen items/ pans/utensils not very clean. The place is very dated if you’re going to charge top dollar the unit should reflect that, all the bathrooms, kitchen and furniture very dated.

Wonderful Gulf Beaches Getaway

The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We greatly enjoyed having a good size pool at the house. The short drive to area beaches and shopping was convenient. It was also nice to have access to chairs and other items to use at the beach during our stay. The hosts were very responsive to questions and needs. The layout of the house was unexpected, but very good for our group of adults and teens. We all had plenty of separate and together spaces. (Those with young children or mobility issues may have difficulty with all the sets of stairs.) Another few other features we liked were the large capacity washer and drier, small deck off the master bedroom overlooking the pool, vegetation outside of pool making it more private and adding to FL atmosphere, and the eady to use grill. We are looking forward to returning for our next FL getaway!
