Charmigt hus i Gamla stan i hjärtat av Key West.  Beläget på Southard Street bara några steg från Duvals många restauranger och barer.  Du är på gångavstånd till museer, shopping och Fort Zachary Taylor-stranden.  Koppla av på verandan och se folket gå förbi medan du smuttar på en cocktail eller läser en bok.

SOVANDE ARRANGEMENT OCH MÖBLER ...
Detta hem har en vacker, stor master-svit med king size-säng precis utanför verandan med ett angränsande rymligt bad som erbjuder en dusch och en hängande garderob.  Även om rummet är omgivet av fönster som fyller rummet med mjukt, naturligt ljus, finns det också persienner som erbjuder avskildhet och skugga för gästerna. Det finns en platt skärm och byrå för din bekvämlighet. 

Gå upp i spiraltrappa för att hitta två tvillingsängar i ett lugnt loft, som kan konvertera till en kung, med utsikt över köket och sittgruppen som har en utdragbar soffa för ytterligare två gäster.  Det uppdaterade privata gästbadrummet ligger precis vid det renoverade köket med en frukostbar för 2, rostfria vitvaror och specialanpassade skåp.  Rummet har en queen size-säng med en hängande garderob, bagagehållare, platt skärm och en byrå.

Franska dörrar öppnar mot den privata 40 'uppvärmda poolen med ett bakdäck och fyra solstolar där du kan tillbringa dagen i lugn och ro under det tropiska landskapet. Det bakre däck har också en grill och bord som är idealiska för att äta Al Fresco.  Din bästa vän kan också njuta av den helt inhägna trädgården i detta husdjursvänliga hem.

Wonderful Stay! The house was in a perfect location to explore Old Town Key West. The house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was icing on the cake. We would stay there again without hesitation. We were able to find on street parking close to the house. Even if we hadn't found on street parking, there was a pay to park lot about 2 blocks North on Southard that seemed to always have open spaces. Being a little older, we would Uber to Mallory Square and then spend our time walking back down Duval. When we were in the Margaritaville store a few blocks away, We purchased a "Lost Shaker of salt" salt shaker that will fondly remind us of our stay.The property manager was very responsive and made the check in process very easy. We are looking forward to a return trip and this house will be our first choice.

The Perfect Spot!

Absolutely amazing stay for our annual guys trip. Location is great, the place was spotless, and finding a place with with a pool just off of Duval located on this side of Duval is a true gem. The property service did an amazing job with communication.

Perfect for family trip to Key West

The backyard pool is magnificent! Plus the location can’t be beat. Walk to everything. Spacious, clean bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

We came and stayed for 3 nights, my wife and my service animal. We had a great time, the location is excellent, the house with the private pool was also exactly what we wanted and it was perfect. We did have a couple of minor issues that should be noted.I had received bites while sleeping in the master bedroom that resembled bed bug bites. I cant confirm there were bed bugs but the bites looked exactly like it. The only other issue was with check out. The cleaning lady showed up almost 15 minutes before we had to be checked out, after I let the property manager know we would be checking out exactly at check out time via text, because they asked. I told her we weren't ready yet and she sat and waited on the porch while i continued to load the car. This can be handled better.We would consider staying again next time we come back.

Great Location

This property is in a great location. Not far from all the action, but nice and peaceful. The pool is very nice bonus. Definitely recommend this property.

We stayed an entire week and there was plenty of supplies to last. The kitchen was nicely stocked, there was plenty of room, and we really enjoyed the pool. The location is great and there was no need to rent a car since everything was walkable.
