The host, Johnathan was great to work with, the house was clean and very accommodating. Was great that we could bring our dogs with us! The rental of his pontoon was best! Definitely would return, thank you!

Perfect cabin for our family vacation. Beautiful views of the lake, great fishing, wonderful cabin, lots of lake activities (kayaks, paddleboards, canoe), well kept, quiet property. The boat rental option was a major bonus. Jonathan was very responsive and easy to work with. We even added an extra day because we had such a great time. We would definitely like to come back.

This was our 2nd time starying at this rental. This time for a funeral and temps below zero. Jonathan was great at helping us stay warm and cozy in the bitter cold and always available to answer any questions we had. Exceiptional host. This rental is very cozy!

We hope to make this an annual trip, our stay was truly nothing short of perfect and only left us with wishing we would have booked a longer stay. Jonathon was truly the best host! Extremely friendly, accommodating, flexible with check-in and check-out since no guests were before or after us, and very responsive! Also, Sand Lake is gorgeous, my in-laws have been coming here their whole life. This stay allowed them to reminisce in the true serenity of the north woods on a lake that shimmers like glass!
Water is truly so calm it looks like a mirror almost all the time!

The property is not represented truthfully; as it is not “0n” the lake as another drive and rental hose is in between. The photo from the balcony is misleading as it does not show the “other” house There were less priced same quality rentals in area.Air cond. is only on 2d floor, not the main. Electric dealing fans had 1” dust on each blade - need cleaned. This is evidence shown they had not been working long time. Nor were the lights! Needed bannister for safety going up stairs. Overall the house is nice, but to meet Vrbo requirements needs work to improve it and advertise better representation of what it really is. The owner responded well to communication to fix the electrical issues. Kitchen was nice. Garage stuffed with owners items and doors would not open. A five rating on a ten scale. Have had better stay accommodations for less price in the area. Live n learn.

The pictures and description of the property are exactly what you get. Place was comfortable, the loft with extra bed was cozy with a pretty view. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. Loved the speaker system which was set to a great country station that was on so all we had to do is turn the little knobs around the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for us!

This property was exactly as described. It worked perfect for our family. Our daughters and partners shared the loft with a baby too. The location on Sand Lake is just what we wanted and we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Relaxation

I can’t say enough good things about this cabin. The location is excellent, the inside is more perfect than pictures can describe. The surround sound all over the cabin and the garage was a huge bonus. So many activities to do without having to leave. The water was crystal clear. The owner was always willing to answer questions in a very timely fashion. A We will be renting again.

Exceptionally clean

Very clean property! Super easy check in and Jonathon was super easy to work with. Loved the flexible check in time! Pet friendly was a huge perk and there is plenty of yard space for a fire, bags game, or just relaxing. The property shares a dock/beach area with a second cabin located directly on the water . There is plenty of space for multiple families at the water. the lower property does have the best access, but the upper property has a great view and excellent deck to enjoy a book on.
