Welcome to our recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation home located in the charming town of Bartlett, New Hampshire. Our home is the perfect base for families or groups of friends looking to explore the beautiful White Mountains region.

The spacious and airy living area features plenty of comfortable seating and large windows that let in natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. A cozy fireplace is perfect for cooler evenings, while the flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi keep you connected and entertained.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware and utensils. The adjacent dining area has a large table that seats six, perfect for enjoying meals with your group.

- Guest making the reservation must be over age 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking or vaping in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- Parking is limited to 3 automobiles (no off-road or recreational vehicles)
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
