Jimmy Buffett gave his first live concert at this house 6 months after his Australia accident. Sugarloaf Key is very nice. Key West 13 miles down the road. New concrete custom built oceanfront house with boat dock built by brother to the highest standards. See the ocean sunset in the backyard. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Need I say more?

I grew up in Tennessee. I took a summer trip to the beach as a teenager with my brother and we stayed in a campground. Walking into town by nice oceanfront houses inspired me to have an oceanfront house some day. My brother moved to the Keys in the 80's and has been building houses since the 1980"s. He is the one that built this oceanfront house to the highest standards,
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Sugarloaf key is one of the nicest islands in the Key's. Looking out at the sunset in the back yard over the ocean in the evening is priceless.
