Welcome to captivating views of the ocean ideal for unwinding and unpluging from reality. You are sure to recapture your island soul and fulfill all your tropical fantasies here. This delightful and cozy family retreat offers magnificent views, a soothing hot tub and is the perfect spot for finding your zen and casting your cares away. Located in a small, manufactured home community called "Bone Island'', this home is but a brief 10-15 minute Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and the famous Duval Street. Enjoy being a close to some of the best food, such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Travel over to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This home has all the basic amenities you'll need to relax under the tropical sky and enjoy all the creature comforts you expect. After a day of adventures in the salty waters, come home to this perfect retreat. Settle down on your cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite tv shows (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the well stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The primary bedroom features a brand new king size bed. The second bedroom features a twin/trundle that sleeps 2. For additional sleeping, the sleeper sofa in the living rooms pulls out to a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Park your boat on the private dock for your entire stay, fish off the dock and enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean. Then wash the day off in the hot tub and grill up your fresh catch of the day! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles. Go for a guided or private kayak tour nearby, or have kayaks delivered through our concierge service. Swimming off the dock is not recommended due to boat traffic and strong currents.
**Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are not provided, but our concierge service will be happy to assist you with arranging for rentals to be delivered for your stay!
***The dock is 24 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

There is one private parking spot included with your stay--no trailers. Contact Hurricane Hole Marina for trailer parking. $25/day or $120/week.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Wonderful Stay in the Keys!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here over Christmas and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was clean and well taken care of! The view was amazing from the deck and dock area. And our family enjoyed the hot tub, as well! The property management wad very communicative before and during our stay, making everything easy. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to be close to Key West sightseeing spots and on the water.

Perfect for 2 nights

Very clean and cozy. King bed was comfortable. Water view was beautiful and my favorite thing was the backyard. Lovely, would stay here again! Perfect for our family of 4.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

My husband and two kids and I stayed here over winter break and it was absolutely wonderful. It is very close to downtown Key West but a nice distance away from the noise and hubbub. There are also a couple of really nice restaurants on Stock Island within walking distance and a few more within a few minutes driving. We were so relaxed during out stay. I loved sitting up on the deck reading and my kids and husband loved fishing down below. I highly recommend this stay!

Nice little place

This was a nice little place to stay in the Key West area. Easy access to all the fun things to do. The house is a cute little house on stilts with a little dock area that our kids really enjoyed. It is in a trailer house neighborhood, but it is in its own little gated community of homes and rv's.

Overall very cute little place to stay!

Overall we loved the home. It had all we needed inside and some outdoor seating as well. There were so many iguanas and jelly fish and salamanders which was cool to see. The water wasn't swimmable, and the planes (near the navy port) were a minor setback but overall in a decent area with good people around

Good location. Hogfish is a good restaurant with good seafood and good service, a short walk away. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was mostly quiet. A rooster would/will wake you every morning. We stayed while Helene was making her debut, but there were no problems or destruction.

The big bedroom is nice The second room is not very conformable for 2 adults And the sofa bed is a real nightmare for your back. This is more for a family with 2 children than a family of 6 adults.

Private and comfortable

Although the neighborhood isn’t stellar, the unit is fantastic! We are familiar with Key West, so this was ideal! The unit has a great balcony and lower area with a hot tub and furniture to lounge. There are a lot of stairs, but not a terrible inconvenience. We could grill, lie in the sun, and relax. Very clean and well-equipped. Our dog was pretty comfortable as well. No one bothered us, and we enjoyed our stay! A good “base of operations “ for all we enjoy about Key West! We’d stay again for sure. 👍

Great Place - Tight Parking

We stayed during work trip to Key West. The house was great and cozy. The view on the back deck was nice. The parking spot was under the elevated house. Our F250 wouldn't completely fit but we made it work. The neighborhood is more working community and less historic downtown Key West. There were plenty of places nearby to grab good food. If you're comfortable with that feel, then this place is great especially for the price.

Nice, but would not stay again.

The unit was clean, but tight for three people in the living/kitchen/dining area. Swimming was listed, but I would not recommend it. Roosters will wake you promptly between 5-6:00 am, daily.

Great privacy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome home in a gated community. Has a good view over the bay sadly loaded with trash from sunken and derelict vessels. Dock for the boat has a huge amount of room for improvementbut is useable the channel coming in is roughly marked and difficult your first time navigating 2-3 ft deep on a normal low tide. Home was very clean smelled nice and supplied with decent cookware. Only complaint I would have for my stay was the hot tub was left very dirty sand and rocks inside bottle caps in the cup holders and also too low on water to use jets on high. We did clean it best we could to be able to use.

Wonderful view and near downtown Key West

This is a great place to stay if you dont want to be in the hustle of downtown Key West. Stock Island had some great bars and restaurants. We rode bikes over the bridge and to Duval street, easy ride and big sidewalks the whole way. The backyard, view, water access and hot tub were awesome. We didnt use the hot tub. Also had some bicycles for use but needed air in tires. The inside had everything we needed and A/C worked well. Neighbors are kinda close but nice folks. We would stay here again.

Great location in Stock Island that was close to everything Key West has to offer but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen items (pots and pans, plates, etc.) The view can't be beat and the hot tub was a cozy space to enjoy the evenings. Great communication with the property manager, too. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Great Place on the Water!

We spent Thanksgiving week with family at this cute little house. Many of the reviews comment about the neighborhood, but we felt safe and even met some neighbors. The houses are on top of one another but with the privacy fence, it doesn't feel like it.The house feels like new construction but the pictures no longer match what is inside (now has a bigger TV, window furnishings are different, etc.). It was fun riding the bike around the island but I would have really appreciated the kayaks pictured as the harbor is great for exploring.We paid extra to be able to use the hot tub and it was well worth it! It was not maintained while we were there as promised by the management company but we got by. Anything that uses batteries (remotes, clocks, detectors, etc.) needs to be replaced. I did some of them with what I had.
