Vi ser fram emot att välkomna dig till vårt fritidsstadhus i Flagler Beach. Njut av soluppgångar när du vaknar från sovrummet, över kaffe på balkongen eller från vardagsrummet!

Flagler Beach är Floridas bäst bevarade hemliga strandsamhälle inbäddat mellan historiska St. Augustin och Daytona Beach. Utöver 6 mil av avskild orörd strand erbjuder Flagler något för alla, inklusive vandrings- och cykelleder, världsberömda golfbanor, middag på havet, eklektiska butiker, surfing och en klassisk fiskebrygga. Utöver några semesterfirare och enstaka surfare, är Flaglers avslappnade retro vibe också känd för att locka havssköldpaddor och valar.

Radhuset ligger på andra och tredje våningen i Ocean Beach Club II längs natursköna A1A. Ett välskött komplex med 4 våningar med utsikt över en vacker pool och bortom havet med direkt tillgång till stranden. Tennisbana, community grillar, shuffleboard och gott om parkering är bara några av Ocean Beach Club II bekvämligheter.

På första våningen i det rökfria radhuset finns ett 1/2-bad, fullt applicerad L-format kök komplett med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vardagsrummet är öppet och rymligt med matplats för 6 och ett vardagsrum med en dölj-en-bäddsoffa och en spektakulär utsikt över havet, eller kabel-TV med blueray-spelare om du föredrar det, eller surfa online på privat wifi.

På övervåningen finns 2 sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Master-sviten har en king size-säng och en annan fantastisk utsikt över havet. Det andra sovrummet är perfekt för barn med 2 bekväma enkelsängar med duschkabin i det andra badrummet.

Det finns många aktiviteter i närheten, inklusive Marineland Aquarium där du kan simma med delfinerna, Palm Coast Marina med fiskecharter, kajak och båtuthyrning. Flagship Harbour Boardwalk är ett måste för cykelentusiaster och Matanzas-floden är ett utmärkt område för fiske, kajakpaddling och segling. En 30 minuters bilresa norrut hittar du spanska-påverkade St. Augustin eller söderut hittar du Daytona Beach med Daytona International Speedway. Lite längre söder om Daytona hittar du Kennedy Space Center. 90 minuter västerut ligger Disney World och Universal Studies.

This is our favorite spot to go! Always very clean, very comfortable. A true home away from home. The ocean view and easy access to the ocean can't be beat! And the pool is always lovely. We can't wait to come back!

Peaceful and Clean

My husband, myself and daughter enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked with necessities. We had a smooth process throughout the experience with the Mason family. It is located in a quiet and safe community on Flaglar Beach. We highly recommend.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Andy was very easy to get in touch with when the toilet handle broke and quickly had the issue resolved by having a plumber come out. The condo was very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! It was a pleasure to rent Andy’s space and we would definitely stay again.

The condo is exactly as described and pictures are up to date and accurate. Oceanfront with an amazing view of the sunrise over the ocean while you enjoy your coffee or breakfast on the balcony.

The location was ideal—nicely tucked away from the crowds but still convenient to restaurants and shops. One note: the name on the sign at the condo complex didn’t match the info we were given, which caused a bit of initial confusion.We loved starting each morning on the lanai with coffee and beautiful sunrises. The condo itself is in good shape overall, though a few small updates could give it a fresher feel. We did have to clean the lanai furniture upon arrival.Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that the pool was out of service due to scheduled maintenance—something that was not mentioned in the listing or communicated to us beforehand. For a family vacation, not having pool access all week was a letdown. While the owners did offer compensation, I would have much preferred transparency and the ability to plan accordingly. The lack of disclosure felt misleading.

Wonderful townhouse ,ocean front and view

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony as well as beach directly in front of our building. There were a couple of small glitches but Andrew took care of them immediately. He even emailed a gift card to use at a restaurant close by for any inconvenience. Very nice and unexpected. The townhouse was great the second we entered, with ocean view and balcony straight ahead. The place was clean and well situated with half bath downstairs and bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. We had every thing we needed.. The small beach town was quaint with many seaside restaurants all along the coast, shops too .The only disappointment was no toilet paper in any bathrooms upon arrival, after driving all day. We loved the location and townhouse, and hope to return. Andrew was a perfect host with quick responses.

A hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, family friendly, and the sunrise from the balcony is just beautiful. The condo is clean and tastefully decorated and the property well maintained. Enjoyed so much and hope to be back. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great place to stay!

Nothing but good things to say about this unit. Great location - very clean and well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Bed in master was comfortable. This place is so peaceful and laid back - right across the street from the beach (less than a 3 minute walk from room to beach) - pool is in good condition - parking no problem. Just a few minutes down the road, you will find the pier and restaurants. We had such a wonderful stay and hope to return soon. I have this place marked as a favorite to stay in when we make it back that way.

Just what we were looking for....

Great vacation! The condo is spacious and clean with everything you need. Great balcony with view of the Atlantic. The Masons are quick to respond to questions and really step up to make your trip perfect. Canoeing around the corner, bodysurfing the waves, and drinks at the pier. Highschoolers and parents all had a great time! Thanks again!

Quiet with Easy Beach Access

This condo was perfect for me, my wife and 2 kids (8 and 6). Everyone you run into at the complex, whether at the pool or just walking by would greet you. The beach is right across the street. It’s about 3 miles south of the pier at Flagler Beach which is nice since it’s a lot quieter. It’s about a 20-25 min drive to Ormond Beach and Daytona, about an hour to St Augustine.

Wonderful view and lots of room.

The property is in a great location and has wonderful views of the ocean.We had to leave early due to some unforeseen circumstances and the host was very flexible and easy to work with.

Serene and fun

The home was very clean and well appointed. The beds very comfortable. Use of the balcony was wonderful, along with the upstairs balcony for sun set. Perfect location for exploring St. Augustine and beaches to the south. Surrounded by nature trails and parks.

Beautiful sunrises!

Can't beat the location. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular! Just walk across the street to the beach. The condo may have been a little outdated, but it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating.

Relaxing

Just steps to the beach, which was very convenient. Balcony of condo overlooks the beach and provides a beautiful sunrise experience. Pool was cleaned daily and had plenty of seating. Condo was a little dated, but clean. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions .
