We're back and better than ever following Hurricane Ian!

Fabulous north end beach home is comfortable and inviting in every sense. Enjoy the private heated pool and spa and spend your day or evening relaxing pool side with your favorite beverage!

Only steps to the sugar sand beach make this home the perfect blend of beach days and relaxing nights. The outdoor seating pool side with a grill is the perfect place to relax, sip a cocktail and prepare your favorite grilled meal.

Our famous white sugar sand beach is only a 2 minute walk and this property is an easy walk to Margaritaville and Times Square!

The King master bedroom ensuite on the top floor awaits your arrival, along with a second floor King and Queen bedrooms, and 2 Queens in the ground level sleep area. Each bedroom has a smart TV with Roku and YouTube TV available.

Other amenities this property includes are wifi, towels and linens, beach equipment, large grill and outdoor seating. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style. Plus the set of washers and dryers make laundry a quick and easy task!

While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Spring Break

The place was perfect for our two families. The pool and hot tub was used daily and in the evenings. We loved being close to the square and all the great restaurants. The only downfall is not having a bathroom downstairs close to pool but everything else was great. It is newly updated and decorated nicely.

We had a great time in Fort Myers. This home was amazing and met our needs. There was space for all of us and the ability to walk to the beach was a great plus. Thank you so much. We would definitely rent this house again.

5 Stars great beach location!

This house was very spacious and clean. We were able to walk to the beach in just a couple minutes, and walk to the hot spots on Fort Myers Beach in just about 10 minutes. The pool and hot tub were very nice, as well as the extras that were available for us to take to the beach like the wagon and the beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely rent again in the future if we come back to fort Myers!

Great location and house

Easy to get to beach, had wagon full of chairs/umbrella. The house had plenty of space for whole family. Pool was great, had to be cleaned the first day due to storms and spa stopped working properly but pool man came out next day to fix.

Amazing house

Can not rave enough about this house. It fit our party of 9 perfect. It had everything we needed plus some. Would highly recommend renting this for a large party. The management company was very attentive to any need we had, which was not much.

Beautiful house

We loved the private spa and pool as well as the large deck. Fantastic location with proximity to beach and restaurants. Management was a breeze to work with - very responsive. I would not hesitate to book this place again.

Beautiful Paradise Home

Our stay at the Miramar Beach House was lovely. The massive pool deck with plenty of outdoor seating for our family and friends was great. The layout allows for privacy on every level which was very nice. Management was responsive to questions about the house and island. The outdoor front deck was great for drinks and watching the sunset after a beach day. We will 100% be back!

Fantastic Stay

We really loved the Miramar Beach House! Is has a great pool and spa, nice shady sitting area to relax and a perfect location. Only a short walk to dining and entertainment around Margaritaville. Manager was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will stay again!
