Fully renovated beachfront condo! Walk to beach, pool, pier and restaurants!

A beachgoers dream! This one bedroom oceanfront "Sea Cabin" is on the first floor and has been meticulously updated (2024 renovation). This sea cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living room, and built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, Community (non-Heated) Pool, beach access, and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a full bathroom featuring a large tiled in standing shower. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex.
Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
There are a few steps to get up to the first floor.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide a few travel soaps and shampoos, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, two laundry and dish pods, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.

We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!

The views were beautiful! The convenience for walking to beach and restaurants is great! The place was very clean and tidy. Nice renovation! Mattress and pillows uncomfortable and the sofa bed was way to heavy for two of us to pull out to use. It didn’t ruin our trip but could be improved.

Great location!

We booked the condo for a beach and concert weekend. Turns out the concert was postponed, but this location would have been perfect for that (Credit One Stadium). We still had plenty to do with a short drive into downtown. The beach and the pool was right there and restaurants just a short walk away!

Little Niche at IOP

Small, recently updated first floor condo situated on ocean front. The ocean can be seen from balcony , but beach is obscured by dunes. Perfect for individuals with mobility issues or a small family. Very close to boardwalk, pool, and pier.

Look no more

If you’re looking to enjoy the beach, walking distance? Look no more! This is it! Nicely renovated and well appointed! The only thing that is confusing (which is detailed on the small letters of the property description) is that it's says it can accommodate up to 5 guests. In reality It can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, but the children has to be no older than 10. Not 5 adults, it will be very tight. Other than limited space, the location is just FANTASTIC and I’ll will go back, no questions asked! Thank you!

Overall it was a great stay. I wanted to give our pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The Reno is nice, bathroom/kitchen are nice. They thought through many things like hooks for towels, it’s crazy the number of places I’ve stayed that had no towel hooks, they had plenty. Plenty of USB plug-ins were also a nice addition. The location was perfect. Having parking was great as well. The AC worked almost too good, we kept it set a little higher because we’d get cold. Balcony was nice, but crowded with the furniture it has. Hot water heater was great, plenty of hot water for both of us to shower. Cons: no actual beach view, the main bed was not comfortable to me, but my husband was fine. The bathroom light/vent combo is really loud. It would be nice to not have those be on together because in the middle of the night it’s really loud. The beach is not as private as you’d think with needing a code to go through the gates to go out to the beach. There were many people who parked in the condo parking and were able to go through the gate because it’s broken so the weekend was crazy busy. If you happen to face a medical emergency as we did on our first day, the East Cooper Medical Center was so wonderful. The nurses, the doctors, the outpatient surgery team….the whole experience was the best ER experience. We ended up being there a whole day due to my husband having to have surgery, but the actual doctor even called the next day to check on him. Overall great value and location.

Yes …I really liked and needed the walk in shower. Have a bad knee and wouldn’t be able to rent a condo with a tub. The only thing negative is the deck needs to be cleaned up. Most things out there need to thrown away. Lots of broken chairs.

Although we were met by an overwhelming Pine Sol aroma, when we arrived, we were able to quickly air out the condo.Close to grocery store and a great restaurant, Acme Seafood and daily walks on the beach were wonderful. Was raining when we arrived, but the rest of the week was beautiful on the beach and the Charleston area.Had a very nice time

Overall nice condo. Being right on the beach was super nice and convenient. Host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful/accommodating. Good location from multiple restaurants and bars.

Overall nice. Bedroom TV was located in the closest and old junk stuff took up half of the spaon the patio. We were told it could be moved, but space is limited and there was no place to put it. Condo is very small. Outside of building needs a paint job.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with my 2 boys, ages 8 and 11 dueing a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park, which was a quick, easy drive!The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. Despite the smaller size, they thought they were comfortable. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, extra blankets, bathroom starter kit, and some beach essentials like chairs and sand toys. Thanks for the great place to stay!

Thank you for the great stay! Your place is beautifully renovated, I believe the prettiest in the whole complex! All of the extra shelving and hooks made a huge a big difference. The location is absolutely perfect with all the restaurants within walking distance and the fishing pier was amazing!

Nice trip to the beach

Location and size of the condo was great! We enjoyed easy access to the beach and the off street parking. A coffee maker was super convenient and the bed and couch were comfortable! There were quite a few dust bunnies on either side of the bed and on the shelves in the bathroom, so it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping for but overall was a nice place to stay.
