New to market and completely refurnished and redesigned in 2023 and 2024, this spacious 4 bedroom retreat is the perfect place to make summer memories with friends and family. Lounge on the expansive composite deck with outdoor kitchen while overlooking a professionally landscaped oasis with endless blooms, a heated saltwater pool with waterfall, and a pool cabana complete with a full bathroom and wet bar.
Come indoors to be greeted by a hand-selected interior curated by the design professionals at EAU Design. The sprawling primary bedroom suite boasts a fireplace, deep walk-in closet, and bathroom with cathedral ceiling and oversized bathtub for an ultimate relaxation experience. Enjoy the convenient accessibility of the first floor bedroom, send out a few emails from a sun-soaked office overlooking the pool, or pass some quality time playing in the expansive game room complete with arcade game. The well-equipped kitchen features a double oven, a wine fridge and plentiful storage in an extra-large walk-in pantry.
The surrounding 1 acre property is hidden on a private cul-de-sac in Eastport, Southampton Township, directly across from an undeveloped wetland preserve. Abundant parking is available in the double driveway with half-court basketball. This private Hamptons getaway is a short drive to the beach and only 7 minutes from fabulous Westhampton restaurants and shopping. South of the highway and just over an hour east of New York City; you will be sitting by your Southampton pool while everyone else is sitting in traffic.
