Stunning Getaway - Newly Renovated, Sleeps 11

This home is perfect for a family getaway! The super convenient location is just minutes to Southampton Village as well as Shinnecock Hills, and Sebonack National Golf Courses.

Interior: The interior boasts a beautifully crafted kitchen with quartzite counters and opens into a spacious double-height living room with a wood wood-burning fireplace. Also on the first floor, you will find a formal dining room, a dedicated office and powder rooms, a den with an electric fireplace, and a mudroom entry with laundry. Upstairs are four large bedrooms and four baths, including an opulent primary suite with a fireplace. A fully finished basement with a full bath and walk-out stairs provides amazing recreation space and access to the pool and rear yard. The basement also includes a gym space and bonus/office space. Living room, den, basement areas, and most bedrooms include Smart TVs.

Exterior: Stunning landscaping, a fire pit, an outdoor grill, ample outdoor furniture, and a newly constructed heated saltwater pool and spa with bluestone surround provide this property with an abundance of luxurious amenities.

The home was beautifully renovated in 2022 and the photos don't do it justice!

USAGE
Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount:
Pool Heating (if applicable), Heating Propane/Natural Gas, Electricity, Internet, and Garbage Removal.
Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will be available for use May 1 through October 1 (between 78-80 degrees Fahrenheit). If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of propane during cooler weather.

Events and parties are prohibited unless express approval is provided.

COUNTY OCCUPANCY TAXES
In addition to State Sales Tax, please note that pursuant to the Suffolk County Hotel and Motel Occupancy Tax law, Chapter 523, Article II of the Suffolk County (NY) Code, short-term rentals less than 30 days are required to be taxed at a rate of 5.5% of the per nightly rate. If your rental inquiry is for more than 30 days, please contact the host and the tax will be removed from your rental price.

Stunning home & wonderful host

The home is absolutely stunning and every Anthropologje / CB2 loves design and decor dream. It was so calming yet cozy and such an enjoyable home to stay in away from my own. The house is stocked with fresh towels, sheets, and toiletries. The host Jade is super kind and very quick to respond, as well as provides very thorough directions and details regarding the home during your stay. Will absolutely be back in the summertime when the pool is in use.

We loved the home, it was exactly as pictured. The host above and beyond with hospitality. The location was also very close to restaurants nearby and thingsto do.. I would highly recommend.

Had an awesome weekend in Southampton, rain and all. The house was a real find, more than just spacious and clean, the interior decor was tastefully done, adding to the overall experience. Amazing property!

Absolutely beautiful house! We stayed here with two other couples for a weekend trip and will definitely be back. The location was convenient, the house was extremely clean and airy, and the owner was very responsive. I can’t imagine what it’s like in the summer!

New Year's Eve Getaway

Our experience at this property was fantastic. Despite planning a last-minute getaway with my family, Jade was incredibly accommodating and made the process seamless. The home itself was stunning, boasting ample space for our family to relax and unwind, with all the necessary amenities provided. We did encounter an electrical issue, but Jade handled it promptly and efficiently, ensuring our comfort was never compromised. The property was immaculately clean, with six bathrooms providing added convenience. We are eager to return during the summer months to take advantage of the impressive pool and spacious backyard. The owners were attentive to our needs and communication was effortless. Our time spent in this property was thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.
