With the 3 way stop below the unit, it is also a perfect spot for people-watching. Enjoy seeing cruisers, surfers, and others coming up from the Strand or beach from your lofted perch. For guests who may be extra sensitive to street or train noise, the condominium provides a noise machine and earplugs.

**Please note that the Amtrak Coaster trains run all along the California coast and are a fun part of California coastal living. They can be seen occasionally as they pass by but are no longer allowed to use their horns along this stretch of track. There is a noise machine and ear plugs provided in the condo for guests who may be extra sensitive.

The downstairs primary suite features a luxurious king bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV with cable, complete with a charming tufted loveseat. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, ceiling fan, and its own entertainment setup with a TV and cable. The upstairs suite is ideal for kids or additional guests, with an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed with an XL twin trundle. There are even more sleeping arrangements available downstairs in the living area where you will find a queen sofa sleeper.
