This beautiful 4 bedroom home has a prime location!!! Only 5 minutes away from downtown Venice, where you will find amazing restaurants, cafes, and other tourist attractions. This area is always sought after by tourists! 7 minutes away from Venice beach!

This 4 bedroom home has everything you will need for a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe stay! Located only 5 minutes from downtown Venice, 7 minutes from Venice Beach, 6 minutes from Caspersen beach-known from it's massive collection of shark teeth! 3 minutes from service club beach, where you'll find a beachfront site for swimming and volleyball.

Our pool is heated for your convenience. Beautiful lanai area where you can bask in the sun, enjoy a relaxing afternoon, or simply have a tasty meal in the Florida sunshine!

Beach essentials such as cooler, beach tote, beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella are provided.

Perfect location

We had a group of 7 (4 adults / 3 children) take a mini vacation to go shark tooth hunting for a long weekend. We were so lucky to find this beautiful house. It was fully stocked, large and comfortable. It was easy find and close to everything. We were closer to the beaches, local Publix and downtown. We took an afternoon off to relax, play in the pool and eat pizza. Everything was as described and more. I would definitely rent this house again. You will not be disappointed and our host was fabulous. Easy booking, directions for our stay and they checked in to make sure we were comfortable. 5 star stay.

What a treat!!!!

We stayed in Venice. This house was amazing. Spotless stocked with everything you need. 4 bedrooms 3 bath. Pool table pool. Just loved it. Elwina was amazing. We will be back

Wonderful property!

The house is beautiful, roomy, and in an ideal neighborhood very close to beaches and downtown Venice. We were in town for a family wedding, and had 7 adults and one baby. The house suited all our needs perfectly! There was ample space for those who needed to work from the office, relax together by the pool and lanai, and have the privacy and quiet of their rooms to sleep quietly without being disturbed by the young babies! The hosts provided beach chairs and beach towels, as well as a portable play pen to use as a crib. The kitchen and rooms were beautifully appointed and had everything my family and I needed to enjoy our long weekend. I highly recommend this property!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful stay while attending a family reunion in the area. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities of home…having our morning coffee in the lanai was a special treat. It was nice to have all the necessities for a beach day too.
