At the entrance of the Villa, a great Car port can host up to 2 cars easily and plenty of parking for an additional 2 cars.

The helpful property manager who lives only 10 min away is easily accessible through WhatsApp to help with any questions, reservations, and helpful hints and to ensure the most enjoyable time at the Villa. The service you get here is comparable to a high-end concierge service at a 5-star hotel. If you prefer, a private chef, Musician or a DJ can be arranged for your enjoyment. We help you to make reservations for all restaurants and Bars, activities or tours you might like to book and will have a lot of helpful hints and recommendations to make your stay unforgettable.

You may spend your days savoring the serenity of the house or might decide to venture out to discover more Costa Rican adventures. Oh My - Dolce Far Nienta was truly fabulous !!! Every aspect of this property was 5 Star and was on par with the finest resorts that we’ve paid $1000.00 dollars per night. The way Janet designed and decorated the property to blend in with the natural beauty is amazing. Janet provided us with all the contacts needed for transportation, fishing, sightseeing, and restaurants. Truly A Vacation of a Lifetime and Heaven on Earth.

We are global travelers who grew tired of sub par accomodations when on vacation. Our intention was to create gem in the jungle. We had a long list of thoughtful ways to provide an elevated experience which included all of the thoughtful amenities we appreciate when at home. We love traveling with kids, spouse & grandparents as much as other couples so we thought alot about stress free amenities, safety, comfort & ease of use. Our extensive travel experience helped us realize that having an amazing place to be after a day of adventure was what we appreciate most. Our high standards assisted us greatly to easily focused our vision on the thoughtful things we appreciated from some of our vacations but for some reason we rarely found in one place. Dolce Far Niente was created to check all of our boxes of thoughtful amenities.

We wanted an entry that takes your breath away, a thoughtful foot bath and exterior lighting that was automatic. We held firm wide passways and zero transitions in the entire home and exterior access to the garden, patios, pool and outdoor shower, so loved ones with mobility issues can safely join in. We designed each bedroom to be equally appointed with the same size king bed in large rooms with high ceilings and flooded with natural lighting & multiple ways to control wind, light, temperature, security & safety, so everyone feels special. Each accomodation to have shared access to the main hall but also have their own private bath with ceiling fan with large sliding doors from the large showers to outside with plenty of room for two. Each room to be appointed with their own private patio for reading, relaxing & decompressing. Creating a suite experience for all who stay. We understand that temperature control & ventilation could be accomplished with windows at the top of our 14' high ceilings & each room to be easily controlled with rolling shades, dimmable lighting, fans, air conditioners and large sliding doors for indoor outdoor living.

We are located inside the exclusive 300 acre private gated community nature reserve called, "The Los Suenos Community Nature Reserve of San Juanillo", just 1 minute drive inside the main gate and situated on a private 3 acre compound with our own private electronic gated entry. The reserve has 100 acres for wildlife and only 50 designated lots scattered and surrounded by jungle. Lot placement was designed in a thoughtful manner, to orient views away from neighbors for privacy. There are no other developments with their own government acknowledge water association who has continued to be awarded for our well water quality. Our development has a cooperative home owners association with the highest percentage of participation. Meaning we share common goals for an elevated lifestyle and experiences inside the reserve. Our reserve co-op also provides a release program for rehabilitated Howler Monkeys with ample room for troops and independent batchelors. We hear them daily and often see them hanging around our property. Daily, we see flocks of wild parrots, curious pizotes, and elusive iguanas and our garden was designed with an 80' path along the pool with 4 variations of year round blooming flowers that attract hummingbirds, abundant butterflies and dragonflies. The reserve is easily walkable by internal roads with the traffic only being those who live, stay or work here making it a quiet, relaxing experience just to be. Our long driveway up to our house on its own hill provides the most incredible ocean and jungle valley views. However, we are one of the few homes with such ease of access because our driveway ends at the central road in the finca and we maintain its usage. We also have an eco-friendly, comprehensive waste management system in each home, with secure waste storage.

This 3000 square foot, single story accessible home is well-appointed for all ages and abilities, including ramped pool access and ramped access to our lower lot. Equipped with free Star-link Satellite Hi-speed WI-FI, global TV streaming & USB ports in every room in a central location. It is a perfect stay-cation for 6. No other home in our surrounding area offer such ease of access and lighted, accessible gated entry, motion activated lighted covered parking, zero transition entry for ease of use such as rolling your luggage inside and no-step transitions throughout the entire house and all private and shared patios. There are motion sensor lights in every room for safe passage throughout the home , ADA height tall toilets & 32" doorways. Screens cover every window and exterior sliding doors, with multiple temperature control features combing 10 large ceiling fans, 4 Air conditioners, oversized glass sliding doors bring the shared shaded patio inside and sliding glass doors in all bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 5% visibility mechanized blinds that can be used to divert late afternoon sun and blackout roll-up blinds in every bedroom for those days you feel like sleeping in. All features of which are rare a luxury in Costa Rica. In addition, our whole home water filtration & soft water system in our reserve with abundant BLUE FLAG of Excellent Water Quality Level, which is the highest awarded water quality.
