Centrally located in the heart of downtown, the fully restored Victorian is blocks away from Broadway’s restaurants, bars, and shopping, less than 2 miles from both the historic Saratoga Race Course and the Saratoga State Park — home of SPAC amphitheater, Victoria Pool, and two golf courses — and less than a mile from Skidmore College.

This architectural gem boasts 4 beds and 3.5 baths — complete with central AC! Lots of room to spread out on all three levels with modern amenities.

Start or end your day relaxing on the historic “Saratoga” porch with plenty of seating options. Retire to the parlor for libations or head to the loft — complete with wet bar, wine fridge, and 55” TV — to try your hand at poker in the stunning turret's game room. Gage and Ashley have enjoyed living in vibrant downtown Saratoga Springs for over 15 years. Ashley grew up on a horse farm in western Pennsylvania and the connection to horses is part of what makes Saratoga so special to them. They also love to travel and much prefer "living like the locals" over large, corporate hotels. They hope to extend the same wonderful experiences they've enjoyed elsewhere with those who come to Saratoga.

We have always loved the west side of town for its walkability/family-friendly streets and actually spent ten years living a block away from the Alexandra. We watched as she was meticulously restored and never imagined we'd have the opportunity to own this piece of Saratoga history.

We love being able to easily walk everywhere, and when you step into the Alexandra, she's the perfect mix of timeless, Victorian beauty coupled with modern amenities and design. For us, it's all about the details. Don't miss all of the original craftsmanship during your stay - look for the brass call button under the dining room table, perfectly-working sash window chains, oversized pocket doors, and the sky blue porch ceiling - a tradition with a history all its own! Finally, when you get to the third floor turret, just look up...you'll instantly know what me mean.
